Dear Diary,

I missed him. I asked a million questions while we were eating, the entire time I couldn't stop grinning.

"Slow down Gwen! You're going to choke on your food! How about you finish your food before you ask him anymore questions." My mother spoke, and I instantly shoved my plate away from me. If I wasn't allowed to ask Isaac questions and eat at the same time, I was definitely choosing to ask questions.

"How was Cali?" I asked, and replied that it was cool, but it wasn't as cool as up here in Washington.

"Are you here to stay? Or are you just visiting?" My voice slightly trembled, and he pushed his plate away. Without hesitation, he came around the table and took my hand. He led me upstairs to his old room, and opened the door.

Inside, the room was fit for a teenage boy. Massive bed, huge desk, big closet, laptop. I looked over at his stack of suitcases and boxes in the corner of the room. I turned to face him, and he gave me a soft smile.

"I'm here for as long as you want me here." He whispered and I grinned.

That's a long time. A very, very long time.

Love, Gwen
