Dear Diary,
Isaac came over today. He seemed worried about something, but he wouldn't tell me. I tried to shrug it off but it's really bothering me. I wonder what's going on.
My mom made us lunch today. We haven't seen Andy for a week, so we took this as a good sign. My mom wanted to make a huge lunch, and trust me, we ate it all. Our bellies were full of juicy steaks and mashed potatoes. She doesn't usually cook like this unless it's a party.
After lunch, Isaac and I went over to the park. We used to play there a lot when we were younger. We passed series of open fields, trees, flowers, and young children playing games. It was peaceful, and somewhat relaxing.
But tingles shot up my arm when Isaac took my fragile hand and held it in his warm one. When I looked at him, I swear I was blushing so bad. But he just smiled and tugged me closer. I tried my hardest to stop the butterflies in my stomach, but they wouldn't stop.
I like this feeling.
Love, Gwen
