Chiron was playing cards with Mr. D when we walked in.

"Sam? I thought you died." Mr. D said. He sounded like he was accusing me of something.

"Yeah, I did. Still am." I said. I looked at Alex and Magnus. "Friends. This is Mr. D. I mean, Dionysus. Greek God wine, partying, and all that jazz."

"All that jazz?" Mr. D mocked, "You're lucky you're already dead, Sage, or I would have already blown you to smithereens."

"My name isn't Sage. You literally just called me by my correct name a minute ago." I complained.

"Did not." Mr. D said. He was acting like a 6-year-old. Two can play at that game.

"Did too."

Thankfully, Chiron stepped in. "Everyone is at the dining pavilion, already eating. Shall we go?"

I felt myself tense up. "Yeah. You guys go. Let them know I'm here. I need to use the bathroom." I made a beeline for the bathroom and closed the door. I heard them all walk out. As soon as the door shut, I started pacing around the bathroom. I was so nervous for some reason. I think I was scared because I knew that I would have to leave them again. That thought kills me.

Then I started thinking that I was technically immortal unless I died outside of Valhalla. Percy and all my friends would go to the Underworld. It would be like if I chose to be a god and they didn't. Ugh, this is awful. I hate my life.

I started muttering to myself about how it was going to be okay. They wanted to see me... right?

I heard a soft knock at the door. I thought everyone left. I opened it and saw Alex. She didn't say anything. She just opened up her arms wide. I got the memo. I walked into her arms and she wrapped them around me. She put her chin on my head and I sunk into the warmth of her body. Her iconic smell of citrus was comforting. I was very appreciative of the simple gesture.

Eventually, I (reluctantly) let go. "Thank you," I whispered.

"You're welcome. Let's go have a happy family reunion. Magnus texted me and said Percy is buzzing with excitement."

I smiled at the thought of being with Percy again. I looked out the window and saw the dining pavilion. Kids sat at all the tables. Magnus sat up by Chiron.

I felt my stomach do a summersault. "Oh god."

Alex held my hand and looked at me. In a soft tone, she said, "It's gonna be okay." She walked me outside of the Big House.

I could hear all the campers bustling in the dining pavilion. Magnus had left the main table and went to talk with Annabeth. Percy was also with them.

Alex and I walked up closer to the dining pavilion. We were about 40 feet from the nearest table.

"Hey! She's here!" Someone yelled. Everyone looked at me. Everyone looked at me and Alex holding hands. I made eye contact with Percy. We looked at each other for a little bit. He stood up, jumped over the table, and ran towards me. I ran towards him.

He scooped me up into a hug and I hugged him just as hard. People were starting to get out of their seats to come and see me. My arms started shaking and I felt like I was going to cry. "Oh my gods, Sam. I thought I lost you." Percy said.

"Oh my god, Percy! I thought I would never see you again. I've missed you so much!" I felt myself start to cry. I wasn't even ashamed of it.  We finally pulled away and I wiped my eyes. Percy grabbed my shoulders and looked me in the eyes. His sea green eyes were glistening from tears. Before I knew what was happening, Annabeth pulled me into a tight hug.

"Oh Sam. We missed you so so much." She said. She kissed the top of my head. I hugged her back.

"Have you been keeping Percy out of trouble?" I asked with a smile. She laughed and nodded.

Next was Piper. She ran into me so hard that we both fell down. She started crying and only hugged me tighter. We both stood up. "Oh my gods, Sam! What makes you think you can just die on us like that!" Piper said.

"I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I didn't purposefully get stabbed."

I looked over at Alex. I ran over to her and held her hand. "This is Alex. She's been with me ever since I... died.

"Alex! Percy and I met you once!" Annabeth said.

"Yep." Alex said.

"Thank you for taking care of Sam," Percy said and pulled her into a hug. It must have taken her by surprise because her eyes widened and she awkwardly hugged him back. Percy finally pulled away and went to hug me again. I gladly accepted it.

Everyone was talking and some kids were crying. I looked to my right and saw Will and Nico. Will looked... I don't even know how to explain it. He looked guilty, almost. I walked up to him.

"I'm so sorry, Sam. I'm so sorry I couldn't save you." Will choked.

"Will, stop. You did everything you could. Plus, in the end, I'm still kind of alive." I smiled and he pulled me into a hug. His hands were shaky.

Nico came forward and hugged me. It was weird. I had never seen Nico hug anyone but Will. But, I hugged him back.

I turned back to the big group of people. Jason had just come. "Sam!" He said.

I walked up to him and hugged him. "Still the Dad of the group?" I asked.

He threw his head back and laughed. "You know it. The best Dad out there."

"You have to tell us everything. Down to the amphitheater!" Percy yelled.
