Misha's POV:

I woke up by something wet on my face. I've opened my eyes to see Truffle on my stomach and licking my face all over. I caught her and said,

"Good morning Truffle." She wagged her tail and barked at me as her response. Later she started doing her licking business on me again. I giggled and got up to get my day started. But I stopped on my tracks when I heard my phone ringing.

"Hello?"

"Hello. Is it Misha Summers?"

"Yes. It is Misha Summers."

"Madam, we are calling from the hospital. We have received an emergency accident case. Details of the person are unknown. Should we proceed to give him a treatment?"

If you leave a person to die despite you know that you can save that person, the next second, you have lost the right to call yourself a doctor. The words I've read and believed echoed in my mind.

"Yes. Get him treated. Let me know if there are any complications."

"Madam, about his identity?"

"He is my responsibility. You start treating him immediately. I will not spare anyone if that person dies." I roared into the phone.

"Yes madam. We will let you know about his condition in a couple of hours or so." She said fear laced in her tone and cut the call.

This is me. I can't and won't tolerate commerciality at my place. Whoever tries to do that, they will be strictly punished or sometimes they might be fired as well.

I took a warm shower and wore the suit mom had left for me to wear. I wore the white shirt and a black coat complemented by a black trouser. I have worn a metal chain with a pair of diamond hangings followed by applying light mascara to my eyes and peach lipstick. I need not wear too much makeup because my skin is flawless and I have the body every girl wishes to have. I'm not boasting about it but it adds a lot of confidence at critical times. I came downstairs from my room with Truffle in my arms. After feeding Truffle with her favourite food, I started to apply butter on my bread. Again my phone ringed. I've answered it still applying butter on my bread.

"Hello?"

"Madam, I'm Lia. The one who spoke with you previously in the morning."

"Yes Lia. Tell me what's wrong?"

"Madam, the patient who was admitted in the hospital in the morning today has some complications. Please come and check him madam."

Holy muffins. These people need me in any situation.

"Sure. I will be there by 9."

"Thank you madam. But please hurry. I don't think he will make it if you delay any further."

"I will be there by 9." I said sternly hoping she would get the fact.

"Thank you madam."

Holy muffins. She got it. Thank oceans.

"No problem Lia."

Just then I saw someone at the door. It is Leylah and my elder brother Adam. Adam is the most busiest man in our family. He is the one who visits us very rarely and puts all of the blame onto me. I ran towards Adam. He caught me on time and swirled me around in air. We both hugged each other very tightly.

"Princess. Finally I've got to see you. You rarely visit us. Is everything alright?"

"Yes Adam. Everything is alright. And I come home everyday. You come home once in a blue moon. I'm not the one visiting you rarely. It is you who visits us rarely."
