Delilah's POV
"LUKE STOP YELLING AT ME" I screamed at Luke, with tears streaming down my face just before storming out of the room slamming the door in his face. I didn't know where I was going to do I just wanted to get away from Luke. Not just because he was accusing me of pretty much being a slut but also because he was yelling at me just as my father used to. I thought Luke was going to attack me and beat me just like my father used to.
"Shhhh Delilah what's wrong?" I was suddenly stopped by the warm feeling of Ashton's big arms being wrapped around me. I felt safe. I tried to reply but the words wouldn't come out of my both. Ashton continued to hold me tight, refusing to let me go. Niall also eventually joined, also asking me what happened. All I managed to let escape my mouth was the word "Luke". Niall obviously knew that Luke was the reason I was in tears because he marched straight into the room that my clothes were in, to talk to Luke. I heard Niall begin yelling, so Ashton took me to the kitchen to finish making my nutella sandwiches that Niall and I were making before.
"Holy shit" I moaned as I bit into my sandwich. It was so bloody great.
"Good?" Ashton asked while laughing. "I'm guessing you've never tried it before then?"
I just shook my head smiling at Ashton. He was a really lovely guy, but now that I think about it I would never actually date him.... he's more like a best friend. Plus a girl like me does defiantly not deserve a guy like him. He'd fine the perfect girl one day. Just like one day I'd fine the perfect guy someday. Hopefully.
"Oh my god, Delilah I am so sorry, that was my fault. I kind of forgot I bought them things for the boys. But it's okay Luke knows now too" Niall apologized.
Ashton looked rather confused, but he didn't ask questions, unlike Luke would of.
"No Niall, it's honestly fine. I just got scared..... from Luke yelling at me.... it just bought back past memories..." I replied, feeling bad for Niall having to yell at his best friend.
"We should do something before tea" Ashton suggested.
Niall and I both nodded. "That sounds good, let's playyy singstarrrr!" Niall babbled out with a big smile on his face. I didn't really want to play sing star because even though I had no idea what it was, it still had the word 'sing' in it which obviously meant we'd have to sing.
"Yesss! Let's play singstar!" Ashton agreed. "Niall I'll go set it up, and you go and round the other 3 up!"
I followed Ashton to the TV and jumped on the couch, watching him sit up a black console to the TV. He pulled out 4 microphones. Dammit. I knew it was a silly singing game.
Not long after, Niall, Calum and Michael came dancing in to the lounge jumping onto the couch beside me. A very unhappy looking Luke came behind them and sat on the other couch beside Ashton.
"Luke! You have to sit beside your girlfriend at all times remember!!" Marcus shouted, before quickly leaving the room. I groaned, but got off my couch and went and sat between Luke and Ashton. Niall, Calum and Michael all sighed too.
"Okay, since there's six of us, we're going to pair up." Niall announced. I'm going to write 3 related pairs up like 'fish and chips' and whoever gets the matching word is your partner."
It wasn't the best explanation in the world but I understood. Niall wrote all the words on separate pieces of paper and put them in a beanie that was on the couch. He shook them all up then bought the hat around, with each of us grabbing out a piece of paper, not opening them yet.
"Okay you can all look now!" Niall stated.
My piece of paper read "Juliet" what the hell was going to match up with a name.
