(Charles POV)

I didn't sleep at all that night because I was up making sure Allie and our beautiful baby boy were ok.

The doctors did some tests and said because he weighed 1lbs 2 ounces, he didn't have a high chance of surviving. But I knew that he would make it. I believed that he would survive.

Allie eventually woke up.

I moved the hair out of her face and kissed her forehead.

"Morning beautiful." I smiled at her.

"Morning baby." Allie smiled back.

I kissed her forehead again and the doctor came in.

"Good morning Trippy's!" The doctor smiled.

We replied and he started talking.

"So, your baby boy is not doing very well. We are going to do all we can to keep him alive. He also needs a name to put on his birth certificate. So you guys need to decide on that."

Allie started to cry and I started tearing up.

We had already had a name in mind.

And we were going to name him..

Aiden.

(Reagan's POV)

Dad called me last night giving me an update of what was going on.

I was happy that Aiden was alive, but upset that he might not make it.

I woke up before mom.

I missed the bond we had when I was younger. It ended too quickly.

I slowly walked down the hall to her room and got in her bed.

I scooted up to her and gave her a hug.

"What's wrong baby girl?" Mom asked me.

"I love you." I whispered.

"I love you too." Mom wrapped her arms around me.

I slowly fell back asleep.

-Next Day-

(Allie's POV)

I woke up to my amazing husband-to-be and smiled at him.

Today I was going to be able to hold Aiden.

My first baby boy. He was so perfect. And I loved him so much.

Charles and I got up and changed into hospital gowns. We put on hairnets and laughed at each other, put these covers over our shoes, and washed our hands.

We walked into a dim room and saw my beautiful baby boy laying in his incubator bed.

Charles and I started to tear up at the sight.

"Would you like to hold him?" The NICU nurse asked.

"Yes. Yes we would." I smiled.

The nurse slowly removed all the wires and slowly lifted the top off of the incubator.

She pulled out the tiny little baby and told me to get ready.

She placed the warm little boy in my arms.

I looked up at Charles and he was smiling so wide. I started tearing up.

I have the perfect baby boy, daughter, and the best man.

I have the most perfect family.

I wouldn't want my life to be any other way.
