"Stay here and do nothing." That was the last thing Tyler said to me before he disappeared into the crowd. You know for an asshole, I would have never listened to him but I'll let this one slide since I probably have nothing to do. Matt and Nikki left not a few minutes ago to the dance floor, leaving me here all alone. Thanks a lot guys. Your the best.
I huffed as I watched people dance. More like jump. Seriously, I could literally feel the floor shaking. And since there's probably about a 100 of us....
EARTHQUAKE!
I sighed deeply. I shouldn't have come here. I could have stayed in my room watching horror movies all night. But no. I just had to come here and do nothing. Absolutely nothing.
She said it's going to be fun!
Yeah, I can see the fun Nikki! I can definitely see it!
Well at least someone is having fun....
I was currently standing at the door frame of the kitchen, sipping off a red cup I had in my hand. I don't have the slightest clue of what it is but...
I don't care, I love it!
"Hey."
Someone behind me tapped my shoulder. I turned around, facing a guy around my age. He had dirty blonde hair and the most amazing grey eyes I've ever seen. He was very muscular for someone his age. Okay not very muscular but....meh.
"Hey." I smiled at him.
"I'm Chris." He held out his hand for me to shake. I shook his hand, he's hand was big compared to mine. "Emma."
"Well Emma, would you like to dance with me?"
"Umm...." At least it's better than standing here doing nothing. Say yes you idiot! "Sure, I guess."
He smiled and took my hand, leading us to the dance floor. We stopped and I started swaying my hips to the music playing. We kept dancing as the music got impossibly louder by the minute.
Or is it just me...
Whatever, I don't care. His hands found its way to my waist, making me giggle.
What? I'm ticklish.
After moments of dancing, he slowly got closer to me; his body was literally stuck to mine. That's when I started feeling uncomfortable. I closed my eyes and turned my head to the side when he started leaning in, his warm breath tickling my ear.
Somehow, I felt something unusual, causing my eyes to snapped open for a moment. I looked ahead of me and gasped when I did. Tyler was sitting with his friends on the couch looking like they owned the place.
Not surprised.
But that's not what made me gasp. Sitting on Tyler's lap was the one and only Pearl. He didn't move her away when she sat. Instead, they were sucking each other's face. I felt like throwing up but at the same time, I felt someone was stabbing my heart with sharp knives.
The hell is wrong with me?
As if sensing someone was watching him, Tyler pulled away and looked around until his eyes stopped at mine. He smirked and gave me a look that said 'What? You want some?'.
I snarled and went back to Chris. Why I'm I feeling so mad and....jealous? I mean I barely know Tyler. I barely even talk to him for gods sake! But if he thinks he'll make me fall for his stupid game, then I say game on.
I looked up at Chris and almost burst out laughing. He looked so confused, his eyebrows were furrowed as he stood there pouting.
I glanced at his lips.
