The story is inspired by the bl series, What the Duck. This a fanfiction written with the story line of Pree and Rambo. Here is the short summary of what happened before Second Chance started.
P’Pree and Mo are orphaned as children. They take care of each other since children. They love and care for each other very much.
When Pree is in senior year of highschool he discovers that he is gay. How? He meets Pop. Pop is his junior in high school in Mo’s level. They get closer and Pree starts to have feelings for Pop. But Pop only gets friendly with Pree because he wants to get together with Mo. Disappointed and heartbroken Pree lets them have their happiness.

In the university he meets Rambo, a broken yet beautiful boy. They become friends and in their final year they become lovers. After graduation they decides to join the same airline as flight attendants. They are so in love. But Rambo is still in closet because he’s afraid of his strict father.

Having found the one to share his dreams, Pree one day proposes to Rambo. Rambo is so happy he gets bold. He takes Pree to meet his father. His father had already arranged his marriage with a daughter of one of his friends. He disapproves Rambo’s lifestyle and of course, Pree. He says harsh things to Pree behind Rambo’s back. Rambo wants to marry that girl to make his father happy yet to keep his relationship with Pree in the background because he loves Pree so much and he can’t live without him. P’Pree doesn’t like it. He leaves devastated Rambo and goes away. Then he meets Pop again, this time confused about his sexuality. And he sees hope again. But Rambo comes back. Later Pree finds out that Rambo engaged in drug induced unprotected sex with someone else during their separation.

Although blood tests come out negative Pree feels betrayed by Rambo’s actions for compromising his life. So he leaves Rambo for good. Later Rambo tries to reconcile with him but Pree says that he doesn’t love Rambo anymore and he’d rather be with Pop, his former crush. Rambo leaves, broken heartedly. Fate doesn’t become kind to Pree. Pop was confused about his sexuality because of another guy he was working with, named Oat. Hurt for the second time, he leaves the country and settles in America after Mo marries this young pilot she meets, Nick.
