Brandon Powers is an international superstar on the Indy circuit, but was ready to take his career to the next level. His friend Kevin Steen, better known as Kevin Owens gives him the idea to join WWE. It was an idea that he wouldn't regret
After the match, Powers was walking out of gorilla to his lockeroom. While he was, Johnny was talking with him trying to get to know his fellow co-worker.
John: Hey, Good match! John, nice to meet you.
Brandon: Thanks John, Brandon, pleasures all mine.
John: So you new here?
Brandon: Yeah, Kevin told me about WWE, so after my last Indy match I flew over to Stanford to sign a contract, and here I am.
John: Nice! Well, your not gonna regret it, traveling the world with friends and other colleagues doing what you love. It's awesome.
Brandon: Weird, Kev said the same sort of thing.
They kept on talking when Brandon saw Ashley chilling in a corner.
Brandon: Hey John, it's been awesome talking with ya, but I gotta go. He nodded towards her
John whispered to him.
John: No way, first night and you already met Ash?
Brandon: Well, we actually met back in Brooklyn. I was just chilling in a park when she walked up. We talked for a bit, got a workout in, ate dinner together, and basically hung out for the day.
John: Awesome! Well, see you later!
They fist bumped before parting ways.
Brandon walked over to her as she was tweeting about the match her boyfriend just had, but she didn't mention the fact that they were together. She heard his steps and looked up.
Ashley: Hey babe! Awesome match!
Brandon: Why thank you, your majesty!
Ashley: No problem my king.
Brandon: So when's your little celebratory promo thing?
Ashley: I got a few minutes, why what's up?
Brandon: Ah, nothing much, I just got something to show ya.
Ashley: Do you?
Brandon took his phone out and showed a picture of a nice two story house in his home state of Florida.
