Liam's POV
My life is perfect.
At the moment, atleast.
I have everything I want.
I have a caring family. Four kickass best friends.
I'm in a boyband which is slowly taking over the world (yes, world domination is our primary goal).
And I have a beautiful girlfriend.
Yes, you read right.
Mel's my girlfriend now.
I asked her last night, when I was dropping her home after meeting the boys.
It went a little like this:
We were walking through a park, which was on the way to Mel's apartment block, our fingers laced around each others, our steps falling together.
"So, what's your impression of the boys?" I asked her, smiling.
A smile almost as big as mine was on her lips, "They're all really nice," she said, looking up at me.
We walked in silence for a few seconds, our steps falling together.
"Hey, come here!" Mel said suddenly, and dragged me over to the slides like an excited child.
"You're such a kid," I laughed, allowing myself to be dragged along.
"You say it like it's a bad thing," she smirked. She took my hand and climbed up the tiny steps.
"Come with me," she said, grinning.
"And how is this going to happen?" I asked, chuckling, but following her nonetheless
"Okay, you climb first," she said, gesturing to the little steps.
I hesitantly climbed the slide steps, and sat down, squished.
"Now what?" I asked, looking back at her.
"Wait," she said, while she climbed the steps and then sat on me after a little struggling.
How nice.
"Hold on tight," she leaned in and whispered, as she took my arms and wrapped them around her waist.
That gave me goosebumps, I'll be honest.
"And now, we slide," she grinned, giving us a slight push.
Obviously, it ended not-so-very well.
We slid down the slippery suface too quickly and landed at the bottom in a heap.
