"Jungkook!" I yell at my brother who has managed to get on top of the roof with Taehyung at his side. "If you hurt yourself, I'm sending your ass to the regular hospital! Your noona isn't going to make up for your stupidity!"

"Aish, I'm fine! Don't you know I'm the Golden Maknae? I am INVINCIBLE!!!" Jungkook plants his hands on either side of his hips, and I glare at him.

"This can't end well," I grumble as he edges closer to the end of the roof, giggling with Taehyung as they plot some likely very stupid plan.

"I'm begging you!" I plead with my hands clasped together. "Please come down!"

"You heard her," Taehyung says with an evil smirk.

Oh no

The two boys share a look before hurling themselves off of the roof and into the pool below. I groan into my hands while the other girls scream, but thankfully, the boys' heads burst through the surface of the water a moment later.

"He's going to kill himself," I mumble and walk up the hill that the house is situated on to get a better view of the city and away from the madness that is going on around me. Between my brother's antics and Jimin letting that Hana girl hang all over him, I can't take much more of tonight.

To my surprise, I'm not alone. At the top of the hill sits a familiar set of broad shoulders that is already staring out the skyline.

"I'm not doing body shots," Seokjin calls to me in the darkness, clearly unaware of who is approaching him.

"Me either," I chuckle as I get closer. I honestly thought he'd just gone to bed when I couldn't find him.

Seokjin squints and looks to see me coming up to him, his perfect smile shining even in the dark around us. "Care to join this old man in dodging the shenanigans?"

"No, you can't call yourself old!" I playfully swat his arm. "Otherwise, I'm only slightly less old."

"I'm a child at heart until about 22:00, and after that, I'm more of a grandpa than Yoongi," he chuckles and glances at the aforementioned boy, who looks content with Yujin in one arm and a beer in the other.

"I'm surprised none of those girls have sunk their teeth into you." I nudge Seokjin with my elbow, and he gives me a half-smile.

"Not for lack of trying, Jungsoon-ah." He rolls his eyes while a smile plays across his lips. "I'm not interested in girls like that. Besides, they're far too young for me."

"I thought every guy wanted a younger girl to call him 'oppa'," I tease.

"You call me 'oppa'," he points out with a smirk. "Why would I want one of them to do it?"

He has a point, but we both know that's not what I was getting at. Oh well, I'll let him win this time.

"In any case, I'll join you in staying far away from that mess." I gesture towards the younger group with my hand and sit down beside him.

For a while, it's quiet between us, the only sound coming from the group below as Taehyung and Vanessa battle Hoseok and Yuka at a game of chicken fight. I'm careful not to look over towards the hot tub, where Jimin has migrated with that same bleach blonde girl that has been hanging all over him since this morning.

"Jungsoon-ah, may I ask you something personal?" Seokjin looks over at me, his expression neutral as he waits for me to answer.

"Sure," I look back at him, unsure of what sort of question he has in mind.

"What is dating like as an adult?" He asks, and I look back at him in confusion.

"What do you mean?" It's a strange question; definitely not one I was expecting from him.
