SEOKJIN

"Are you going to scold me for skipping breakfast as well?" Jimin asks in irritation, as if I wouldn't be the first to make such a comment today.

I automatically glance to the sweet potato in his hand with curiosity, but decide not to dwell on the topic. I have more important things to discuss first.

"No, but I'm disappointed that you didn't eat breakfast, especially before a concert." I sigh and lean forward, balancing my elbows on my knees as I look into his eyes. I hope he doesn't take this the wrong way. "Jimin, I love you, but you are aware of your reputation with girls."

"What are you talking about?" He asks, looking much more guilty than he sounds as he looks away from me.

"For example, Hana and Allie outside, you use them like play toys," I say matter-of-factly with a raised eyebrow.

"They get plenty of enjoyment out of it as well," he responds immediately, but when I give him a my-point-exactly look, he changes his approach. "I only invited them this time to help Jungkook out. He's taking the breakup with Sana pretty hard and needs a distraction."

"That's your problem," I huff and look at him through my bangs. "You treat girls like commodities. Like they're things that you can use and dispose at your own convenience."

"Only the ones who let themselves be treated that way," he argues, his expression turning sour as soon as he hears how he sounds. "I don't mean it like that, but those girls throw themselves at me. Why is it bad to enjoy it?"

"Those girls need someone to show them how they should be treated because no one has ever given them the right kind of attention." I feel bad for girls like Hana, seeing how they only act the way they do because they don't feel worthy of respect.

"What are you really trying to say to me right now, hyung? I know you don't care about Hana or her friends." He looks at me incredulously, trying to pull the true reason for this conversation out of me.

I straighten up in my seat, my expression neutral as I tell him, "I care about Jungsoon."

"Jungsoo— I mean, Noona?" His eyes go wide at the mention of her name. "I didn't—"

"I've seen how you stare at her," I cut him off before he has more time to make up a lie. "And the fact that you never address her as your elder tells me that you definitely don't respect her enough."

"Hyung, I don't mean to be rude to her at all. I'm just not used to having a noona around is all," he insists.

Though I can see the truth in his point, it doesn't change the fact that I caught him having a wet dream about Jungsoon. Plus, the way he kissed her on set yesterday was much more than needed for the scene, so he was obviously acting out of his own desires.

Not that seeing Jungsoon in her undergarments was bad for me, but I had to go take care of Seokjin Jr after a few minutes of watching that.

"Jungsoon is smart and kind and genuine. She is not like those girls that you mess around with, and that's why I like her." I stand up from my chair so I can assert myself even further, and he looks at me in surprise. "Leave her alone, Jimin. You'll only hurt her, but I want to be with her in an honest, real relationship."

I know I'm not being entirely fair to Jimin. He's far from heartless, but he can be a little careless when it comes to girls and their feelings. Besides, I'm not interested in sharing Jungsoon with anyone.

"You think I'm just going to let you have her because you're my hyung?" Jimin stands up to face off with me, even though I'm still a few inches taller than him.
