It was about that time, it was ya boi’s 18th birthday, the day I become a man and hopefully I would become Kent’s man, that the only thing I really want for my birthday. I want this birthday to be extra special because Kent is coming. My parents were out of town so I decided to throw this big ass party, all my homies from school and shit. I get up and see a few cards under my door I open them up one is from my parents, giving me 1000 dollars, one is from Monty giving me 500 dollars, and there is one from Kent, I immediately got excited and ripped it open, inside the card was a magnum XL wrapper and the note read “see you tonight” ;)……….. Awe shit I thought I was extra hype now. I got up took a shower and rolled out with my boys to the mall to pick up some new gear for the party. I bought I couple threads from H&M and Urban Outfitters, went to foot locker and bought me and Kent a pair of the new retro J’s 10, if ima shine so is my baby…. Damn I was ready for tonight.
