Little Flashbacks Pt 2

I looked into his eyes and it was like everything changed, everything froze it was like when Bella first met Edward, there was an immediate attraction. We kept looking into each other’s eyes until the bell rung and he handed me my books and walked off. I was stuck I couldn’t move, it was like I was a trance or a spell. “HEY GET TO CLASS” the principal yelled at me. I got scared and rushed off to my first class I have which was AP Lit and Davis was in that class, I was going to get him back . I slid in the door as Mr. Randolph was at the board but I wasn’t safe. “nice of you to join us Mr. Kent” he said still at the chalkboard. “sorry” I said quietly, “and im sorry to have to give you after school detention” Mr. Randolph said now looking at me “that’s fair” I said walking to my seat. Mr. Randolph got back to the board and I found my seat which was right next to Davis’s I gave him a death stare and he just laughed. “Mr. Davis you can join Mr. Kent in detention todays ice you think it’s funny” Davis’s face was priceless. Yass payback was a bitch. !! The rest of the day went by fine, except I was looking for the mystery guy, he was on my mind and I couldn’t get him out. The end of the day came but I got out of my afterschool detention by calling my mom, as I was walking out I laughed as Davis seen me leaving with his mouth on the floor.

I got in my car and drove home and as I pulled up to my house I seen moving trucks, someone was moving in next door, and like a cliché or a BGC story the mystery guy was moving in next door. He was there shirtless helping the movers move in, he was all sweaty and it looked so good running down his caramel rock hard body, I was paying to close attention to im that I ran into the garbage cans at the end of my driveway, everyone looked over and me, I was so embarrassed but the guy was smiling at me. I pulled in the driveway and rushed into the house only to have my mom push me back out.

Rose: come on we gotta go meet the neighbors

Me: really y I said whining

Rose: boy you will get your ass out here after all I did get you out of detention, which will be discussed later with your father

Me: ughh ok Mom, where is Kenny?

Rose: you know he has football practice, now come on

My mom rushed me out of the house and walked me to the new neighbor’s house. My god being up close to the mystery guy had my eyes burning; this dude was literally sexy as hell. To his waves, his perfect skin, white teeth, perfect body, to his print in his basketball shorts, to his foams… Dude was sexy and had swag ….

His parents walked out and I see where he got his looks. My god his daddy was sexy too and his mother was beautiful. They greeted us, “hello neighbors” they said “hello” my mom said back and then handed them some banana pudding “this is my famous banana pudding” my mom said. “yea it’s really good” I chimed in pretending to be interested. “Lamonte why don’t you speak” the women said “hello ma’am and wassup shawty” he said in a deep cool tone. “son you don’t address him as shawty, he has a name” his dad said. “yes my name is Kent “inserted, holding my hand out. “hi Kent” he said in a mocking tone. Our parents caught it but didn’t want to already have issues so they decided to let it go. “well nice meeting yall” my mom said pulling me back to the house.

Rose: I don’t like that boy

Me: mom you don’t even know him

Rose: im a good judge of character, he seems sneaky and too charming

Me: ughhh mom I said in annoyance

Rose: boy bye. And you’re grounded for a week and no driving, since you wanna act up in school she said going in the house

I slumped over and walked in the house. I didn’t do much the rest of the day. It was getting late and I was getting ready for bed and ready for school tomorrow. As I was getting in my bed I heard a rock hit my window then another then another, I got up and went to my window and a rock flew and hit my in my eyebrow. “OUCH” !! I let out

“shit” I head a whisper come from outside, I looked down and I seen Lamonte. Oh great…. He started to climb up the side of my house and into my window, I moved back and he seemed to tower over me, this was such a Jacob and Bella moment… He was shirtless and his body glistened in the moonlight.

Me: what do you want?

Lamonte: to apologize

Me: for what

Lamonte: well for hitting you in the face and for mocking you earlier

Me: oh, well apology accepted, but you should be apologizing to my mother

Lamonte: y?

Me: because you mocked me and you know how mothers are

Lamonte: alright I got her tomorrow

Me: ok well can you leave now

Lamonte: is that what you really want he said smiling at me

Me: yes I said pushing him out my window

Before he climbed back down he stole a kiss from me...
