Chapter 6: Let's Make Into the Team!

"Alrighty, lets begin after school!" Hanna announced happily as her and Alice walked side by side towards the gym. Alice was already changed into her 'lucky' clothing which consisted of a white shirt and black shorts that combined with her shoes. Her bangs were fixed so that they wouldnt bother her eyes and her hair was trimmed a day before to make her look more like a male.

"Yeeeeeey." Alice replied enthusiastically to her friend who unlike her was very excited about the try outs today.

"Remember Wednesday's practice and you will do good." Hanna adviced as they stopped in front of the door. "The head coach will be there along side his assissant coach. There will be both vice captains and captains from the second and first string to recrute, but i heard that the first stringers arent expecting members since they have the "perfect" team. Make that a big no, no for them alright or i will double your training~! I'll be watching ya." With that threat beginning to settle in the air around Alice the girl left running to the second floor to have a better view.

"Begin to form teams!" A male voice probably the captain of the third string yelled at the 300 players. Without hesitation teams began to form based on friends but Alice just stood there waiting. To her surprise different groups asked her to join their team which she declined and decided to go with the weakest team they had and knew they had. She could already feel Hanna's deadly glare on her which she ignored.

"The first two teams to play will be team A vs team Z. Stand!"

Without hesitation both teams began to get into the court placing on their yellow and red vest. Tean A being the strongest which was vest red and the weakest team which was team Z wearing the yellow vest.

"Wow seems like we are already going up! Lets give it our best." The guy in Alice team said as he gave her a yellow vest.

"Why are you all excited about!? We are playing against strong players. Do you believe we will really win?" Another of the boys in her team asked and everyone began to look hopless. Alice didnt miss a heartbeat to say her encouraging words.

"Alright lister here you guys. My name is Sora Gunjo and i just want to say that i will be playing. Who is who in here? Quickly we only have 10 minutes."

"My name is Haru Kosuke and i play center."

"Tch, im Sasuke Len and i play small foward."

"My name is Sato Kosu and i play power foward. Nice to meet you Gunjo."

"Great then i will play as point guard if anything happens. Who here is captain?" Alice said as she stretched her arms. She could see the boys at eye level except for Sasuke who was shorter than her.

"... no one." Kosuke said as they all looked at each other to see who would take the part.

"I will be the captain then for now. If you guys have any problems speak up now or forever hold your peace." Alice looked around to see if anyone had something to say but no one did except Sasuke but he didnt say anything.

"Alright all i want to say is to keep your eyes wide open and to look at me in the eyes. Do what you must once you see me. Also the opposite team has no inspiration so they will try to end this quickly. They will only try dunks since they think here, Kosuke ia weak. Also we are missing a shooting guard..." Alice began and suddenly a boy that was hidding behind Kosu appeared. He was short, very short.

"I am... my name is Ritsu... Jin..."

"Great, welcome aboard. Listen we will pass a lot to him. They think they might block him by blocking him with their size but he will pass again to any of you guys. Keep this up till i say so i'll say something stupid and you will know it is time. Ready? Lets go." Alice warned as the whistle blew warning the players to go and give their thanks.
