Even though the people in the stands were cheering for the, already, two year winning team, Alice felt like they were cheering for the slaughter that Teiko was doing to the opponent team.
150 to 30 was the current points Teiko had managed to get and Aomine had scored probably 70% of the points they currently had.
It wasnt that Gunjo wasnt used to this, it was already their 10th game after the incident with Aomine and Akashi, but Midorima's temper began to get worse and the look on Kise's eyes just weren't as bright as they used to be. Everyone was on their own, even though Alice tried to lit up their fire during practices, which worked for a while until Akashi would step into the court. Everything changed back to the way it used to in a blink of an eye and Alice couldn't help but glare at Akashi who would look at her with supremacy.
The only two people who Alice could still talk to without feeling angry at were Momoi and Kuroko who still had their fire shining brightly.
...
"So i think we already lost Kise... His eyes aren't as bright as they used to... Midorima seems ok right now but he's expecting high results in our games... I think we'll lose him soon too..." Alice announced as she sat next to Hanna on the baseball bench.
"Hmm... Wasn't it inevitable Alice? I mean people usually go with the greater crowd especially when they are told they can do whatever they want." Hanna replied back as she watched the baseball players run around the field in the blazing hot sun. The only thing that cooled the players down a bit was the gentle breeze that stirred up a couple of times.
"I dont feel like going back in there Hanna, the air is so thick, you could cut it up with a plastic knife." Alice complained as she watched her time on her phone and heaved a huge sigh. "I still got 10 minutes before we get back to work."
"Oi Kurosawa keep running or you'll make the whole team run another 10 laps!" Hanna yelled suddenly scaring Alice along with all the boys who were running. "You still end up going back to practice Alice. So stop complaining or you'll be running along side them." Hanna replied back after her sudden yell.
"Bet it would be fun, haven't grabbed a baseball bat since 4th grade. Bet i could make a homerun." Alice challenged as she stood up and stretched her hands as if she was holding a baseball bat.
"If you make one will you leave?" Hanna teased back as she motioned for their pitcher to come over. "Everyone! 10 minute break!"
With sighs of relieve, the players stmumbled over their own feet towards a tree that produced a shadow big enough to cover two cars.
"Shinshiro be the pitcher for one ball for my idiot friend over here. She wants to make a home run." Hanna explained to the boy as she pointed towrds Alice who had grabbed a baseball bat and was swinging it as a warm up.
"Alright Mizuki-senpai." Shinshiro complied as he grabbed a ball from the cart and took off running to his position.
"Remember, you'll leave right away. I got to get them in shape before we face off against our next oponent." Hanna warned one last time before she nodded to the pitcher to throw the ball.
"This one's for you Hanna!" Alice said as she hit the ball with brute force that she felt her hands tremble by the impact. "Oh, this ones going to go over for sure! See ya later Hanna!"
With a wave of her hand, Alice took off running as she heard the sound of a window break.
"GUUUUUNJOOOO!!!" With a laught at her friends yell Alice took off running back to the gym with renewed energy.
...
"You're late Gunjo." Midorima was the first to greet her with a huge frown on his face, Alice only shrugged her shoulders.
