Monday
The boldish haired female walked into Teiko grounds with her usual face. She seemed rather happy and was looking foward to practice a bit.
'Although... I wonder what Akashi will say to me because i left suddely... Well, I promised Sugar not to break again, so i guess yesterday i made myself a little more torable to smaller things... Still...' Alice thought as she noticed the phantom player walking slowly to his classroom.
"Kuroko!" Alice yelled out as she walked faster towards the boy.
Kuroko however didnt seemed to have listened to the female player as he kept walking, deep in thought.
'Thats weird...' Alice thought as she cathed up to the boy quite quickly and tapped his shoulder lightly.
"Kuroko! Hey!" Alice said again as she took note that the boy had jumped a bit, suprised most likely at not noticing the female sooner.
"Ah... Gunjo-san, good morning." Kuroko said replied back to Alice who was looking at him with caution.
"Morning, what are you doing spacing out like that so early in the morning? Leave that to me Kuroko." Alice said with a bit of a tease which Kuroko didnt even care much about.
"..." Kuroko stayed silent which made the girl wonder why the boy would act like that.
'Could it be about Aomine?'
Without thinking about it Alice yawned and began to talk again.
"Feels like forever since i played some basketball, cant wait to head into practice today!" Without much warning Kuroko had stopped his walking and looked at the girl with a small glint of sadness. Gunjo felt her panic rise, but she kept it in check.
'I promised...' Alice thought as she quickly stopped as well to face the smaller boy.
"About that... Gunjo-san... Me and Aomine... We had a talk on Friday and... And..." Kuroko began but Alice cut him short.
"You dont have to tell me something i already know. He's not going to attend practices anymore right?" Alice asked as she swung her school bag to her shoulder.
"... Yes..." Kuroko replied lowly as if he denied the fact himself.
"I see..." Alice said with a sigh as she looked at Kuroko attentively. "There's nothing we can do then but try to play our games the same as always. One day, I'm 100% sure that Aomine will find his rival. It may not be now, but some time in the future." Alice said as she kept a straight face.
"..." The smaller boy just stayed quiet and Gunjo didnt say anything anymore.
They were quiet for a while both looking at something other than the one in front of them. Gunjo sighed and began to walk again.
"Well, I'll see you at practice Kuroko." Alice said as she took three steps away from the phantom player.
"Gunjo-san, there is also something i have to tell you besides Aomine-kun and me." Kuroko spoke up sternly making Gunjo stop on her tracks immediately.
The girl turned back to see Kuroko look up at her with an unreadable look on his eyes.
"... I have a feeling that this isnt good news." Gunjo said mostly to herself but Kuroko's nod made her turn her body fully at the kid.
"Friday, when Aomine-kun had gone off i had taken off after him, right after Akashi-kun had granted me permission. We talked and he confirmiee my fears. He truely wont be attending practices anymore... After our talk i had gone back to the gyms to get my thing to change... And stumbled upon Akashi-kun." Kuroko began as he stopped for a monent when he finished saying the Teiko's captain's name.
