Dad bursted into my room. "Y/N, I have amazing news!" he yelled, causing me to slightly jump. "oh, sorry, i didn't mean to scare you but, i have AMAZING news."
"what?" I asked him, laughing, sitting up on
the edge of my bed.
"I was talking to my boys out in busa-"
"busan? why would-"
"shh.. let me finish. And they have a job opportunity that fits you perfectly," he said.
"And this job is a big deal. A big deal. They said that if you want the job, they won't even ask anyone else for it. Not one person. And and-" he began to stutter.
"dad-" i interrupt standing off my bed, practically bouncing off the walls.
a job? oh, my god. a job.
"what is the job?" I yelled at him, smiling.
"you would work for the FBI as an undercover-"
"AN UNDERCOVER AGENT! DAD! THIS IS A BIG DEAL!" I shouted jumping up and down, cutting him off.
"You would go to busan and be undercover for about six months pretending to be the wife of some Agent John, was it ji-eon? maybe it was Agent J-"
"DAD! IT DOESN'T MATTER!" I shouted. "its a job. A REALLY good job. A job that is going to help me follow my dreams. An FBI agent, dad, imagine ME as an FBI agent." I said, falling onto my bed in disbelief.
I've been looking for so long, so hard. Things are finally looking up. An undercover agent. god, imagine.
"There's only one catch though, sweetie." Dad said, his smile fading away.
"what is it?" I asked, sitting up.
"you'd leave on monday, all the way to busan."
