Against the Law, for Justice

"Put your hands up!" The policemen yelled. "You are not breaking into this facility!"

Chad and the Teleporter looked at each other, facing down countless law enforcement enforcers, firearms all trained on them. How exactly did they get into this situation?

"Why do you think they want to make a weakness against you?" Chad asked.

"Because they are afraid of me. Of what I can do. I don't attack people for no reason. And if they are afraid of me, there must be something sinister they are hiding."

What exactly was 856507's plot? Let's review the facts. The firewall that 856507 set, because it had his signature on it, evidently belonged to Luminosity, placing 856507 in the hands of Luminosity. They had been doing tests with quantum batteries and recently had a huge disaster with a big experiment, sending quantum gravitational energy everywhere, including Chad. This meant that Luminosity and 856507 were doing a big experiment with Quantum Batteries, and it looked sinister, based on the weakness paper of the Teleporter. But what exactly was this big experiment?

It had to do with the Teleporter in some way. Were they trying to prevent the Teleporter from interfering? Were they trying to somehow harness the Teleporter's energy? And 856507 showed interest in Chad, how did Chad play out in this whole scheme?

From what they managed to figure out since Chad could effectively nullify the Teleporter, his accident was intentional and they needed him to inhibit the Teleporter. It also made sense because Chad was working under the Teleporter's main archnemesis. So they wanted to prevent the Teleporter from interfering. But why? Since they were trying to go against the Teleporter, it had to be something outside the law. It was time to go to Luminosity itself for answers.

"Put your hands up!" The policemen yelled. "You are not breaking into this facility!"

Chad and the Teleporter looked at each other, facing down countless law enforcement enforcers, firearms all trained on them.

"We are here to infiltrate Luminosity, they have something sinister planned," the Teleporter said confidently.

"Stopping evil does not merit breaking the law, you narcissistic asshole," the Policeman said, eyeing the two suspiciously. "You have no search warrant, you are breaking into a facility and intruding privacy, and you are breaking the law!"

"Sometimes you have to go against the law for justice," Chad said meaningfully.

"I don't see why we even tolerate you, vigilantes, thinking your judgment is better than everyone else is. Just let us do our jobs. Much fewer people will get hurt that way!"

"Says the man aiming a gun at another man."

"Stand down now or we will open fire."

"Just proving our point."

The policeman screamed in rage, firing a bullet. Chad stopped it mid-air with gravity right before it hit his forehead, turning the bullet around and letting go. The bullet flew back, straight back into the police's gun, throwing it out of his hands, the explosion peeling apart the gun's barrel like a banana. The policeman pulled out a spare gun, and cocking it, said,

"It's on."

Thousands of bullets come hurtling towards the two vigilantes. The Teleporter created a rift shield around them, causing all the bullets aimed towards them to fly into the fourth dimension. The Teleporter himself disappeared into the fourth dimension, reappearing in a lunge to tackle a police officer before disappearing to attack another. The police continue to aim at Chad, but he stopped the bullets with gravity, forming a metal mass shield out of the bullets, then chucking them at a line of officers. He flew forward, knocking back another officer, knocked away two others with a gravitational kick and punch, and used gravity to throw a car and displace another group of officers.

Meanwhile, the Teleporter was blasting officers with rift beams, relocating himself when needed. The Teleporter jumped into the air, blasting a shockwave of rift before landing gracefully to the ground, knocking back all of the police officers. He disappeared, jumped, dodging bullets. Unfortunately, as he pulled out of a teleport, a bullet managed to strike the Teleporter, causing him to fall to the ground. It was up to Chad to decide the battle now.

"Stand down, Chad Conway! You are just a criminal!" A policeman shouted.

"I am no criminal," Chad said, "I can do what you cannot do. I can do your job as you cannot. I am no criminal, but I don't care about the law. I CARE ABOUT JUDGEMENT. I AM THE JUDGEMENT FOR THOSE IN POWER. I AM THEIR CALAMITY!!!"

Suddenly, the ground under them began to compress as it was pulled down due to a massive gravitational increase. A fissure began to appear, and the tops of buildings began to fall. Chad, using gravity once again, reverted everything to normal, springing up the earth, sending policemen flying, and launching debris in all directions at the policemen. Chad started to levitate, eyes glowing green, charging up. He aimed his arms towards the ground, sending a gravitational shockwave, knocking all the policemen back in a vibrating green wave.

Chad floated to the ground as the Teleporter rose to his feet. Now was the time to face 856507, who had been safe in his tower for too long. It was time for his judgment. It was time for his calamity.
