Angelina looked over at her friend, she could tell Nadina is upset. "Leave her be, lassie." said Balin gently. "Thorin and her had a fight, I don't think they'll be talking for a while." said Angelina sadly. "Give it time, child. I have in good authority Thorin will not stay angry at Nadina long." said Balin, as he looked over at Nadina, who's head bowed in her hands. Bofur and Bilbo volunteered to take first watch. "Dwalin, Nadina and myself will take second. Nadina--you should rest. now." said Thorin. But Nadina ignored him, all he gotten is a few sniffles. "Nadina?" said Thorin, as he could hear the sniffling. "Go away." said Nadina. She looked up at Thorin, glaring at him, as he could see that she had been crying. Thorin sighed, and he sat beside her."Nadina, the forest is getting the best of us, and I apologize for yelling at you. Maybe you are right, we should have listened to the wizard." said Thorin gently, taking Nadina's hand. "I hate this place, Thorin. I wish there was a shortcut." said Nadina. "Me too, Nadina. Me too." said the dwarf, as he wrapped his arm around her. It was after midnight, and it was soon Thorin, Dwalin and Nadina's turn to take watch. "Nadina, its after midnight! Why aren't you a dragon?" asked Dwalin. "Dwalin, we're in Mirkwood forest. The magic of the forest isn't effecting her curse for some reason, just like it did in Rivendell." said Thorin. "That's not a good sign." said Dwalin. Thorin nodded.
"What do you mean its not a good sign?" asked Nadina. "There is evil magic in the forest at work, Nadina. It may or may not take a hold of you. That's why we're having you on second watch with us." said Dwalin. Nadina could see where Dwalin is coming from, and is glad they asked her to join them on watch. Nadina looked up, and see nothing but trees. Suddenly, she could hear a dark malacioius voice whispering to her..."Nadina Firebeam--Dragon Queen--I want youuu!" The voice startled her. "Who said that?!" cried out Nadina standing up. "Who said what? What's going on?" asked Dwalin and Thorin together. "DId you hear that voice? It sounded like a monster! I swear to infinity, I heard it!" cried out Nadina. "We didn't hear anything, Nadina! Are you okay?" asked Thorin. "Thorin, you got to believe me I heard it!" cried out Nadina. "Of course I believe you, love!" said Thorin gently. Once when their watch was over, Nadina went to try and sleep again, and Thorin slept beside her. And once again, she heard another voice, but this time, it wasn't hideous: "My dearest daughter, come to me, its your father!" said the voice. "No! It can't be you father! You're dead!" gasped Nadina. "I would give anything to see you again, Nadina. Come to me---come to me!" said the voice again.
I guess I would go and see this, but I am sure this may be a trap, better bring my sword, thought Nadina, as she reached for her sword and followed the voice.

The voice grew nearer and nearer the further away Nadina had walked from the campsite. Suddenly, to Nadina's shock and surprise, she saw the figure of her father Orven standing in front of her, smiling. "This is not real, its a trap!" growled Nadina. "Its no trap, daughter. I'm real, and I came back to tell you how proud I am of you!" said Orven's spirit form. "Are you sure you're a real spirit of my father, or is this a trap?" asked Nadina. "Why would you believe this a trap? NADINA DRAGON QUEEN!" boomed the voice, now becoming darker and suddenly the figure of Orven disappeared, now turning into a large black shadowy mass, with red eyes glowing at her. "Who are you? What do you want from me?!" Nadina screamed, brandishing her sword. "Come, and join us, Nadina.Together, we will destroy, Erebor and all of Middle Earth. I cannot do this alone with orcs. Two dragons will definitely help us along. And as for that necklace of yours--give it to me!" hissed the shadowy mass. "NO! I will not join you! I WILL NOT JOIN YOU! GO AWAY!" roared Nadina. "Then, DIE!" shrieked the voice, as the creature sprung fire at her. Pretty soon, Nadina is engulfed in flames, and she screamed, darting back to the camp. "THORIN!" shrieked Nadina.
