"Those clothes look ridiculous on you! That's okay! I still held on to some of your own clothing!" said Dis looking at Thorin, now dressed in black jeans and a white T shirt.  Nadina laughed. "I'm ready for my old clothes. These pants are too tight around my waist." said Thorin. Nadina chuckled. "Somebody's getting fat!" sang Nadina jokingly.  "I am not getting fat!" said Thorin. Dis leaves and shortly returned with the blue tunic and dark blue trousers. "These will do in the mean time." said Dis, smiling at Thorin. "Should we tell her?" said Nadina. "Tell me what?" said Dis. "Nadina and I want to get married. Although I proposed to her in Erebor, we never got around to getting married-which you know why--but now, we're here together, I'm ready." said Thorin. Dis smiled with delight. "Then we have a lot of work to do, we have to plan the wedding, make Nadina's gown, send out invitations...and..." began Dis, and then she looked up at Thorin. "Thorin, there is something I have to confess, and please don't be angry with me. After your passing, I took up Lordship of Ered Luin, and it was far too much for me to handle, even now. The folk here are talking saying that I've been to precoccupied with my grief and said I should have never taken up Lordship. Thorin, I'm wanting to step down, and since you are here now, I was wondering.." began Thorin. "You want me and Nadina to take over right?" Thorin broke in, and smiled. Dis nodded. "I have no problem with that! Of course we'll do this, right Thorin?" said Nadina looking at Thorin. Thorin smiled.

"But a proper coronation should take place though!" said Dis. "But who will preside it? Balin is still in Moria. Who would have to do this?" asked Thorin. It was a good question. Dain already had taken up Kingship in Erebor, and it would take him a year or so to make a special trip to Ered Luin, so that is out of the question.  "Maybe we can ask Dwalin to preside." suggested Dis. Thorin smiled and nodded. "And that we should do." said Thorin. Thorin turned to Nadina. "Come, lets get our room ready. In fact, we shall stay in my old room!" said Thorin.  Nadina nodded, and followed Thorin down the long corridor.   They shortly arrived to Thorin's old chambers, and as they entered, Thorin smiled closing his eyes. "This place brings back memories. Frerin and I shared this room for a while." said Thorin sitting down on the bed. "Is that your office adjoined to the room?"asked Nadina, pointing to another room ajoined to the chamber. Thorin nodded. "Yes. That is my office!" said Thorin, as they unpacked their belongings.  After that, the two of them undressed, and climbed into bed.  Suddenly, there is a knock on the door. "Oh who is it? We want our privacy!" snarled Thorin. "Its us!" called out Fili. Thorin rolled his eyes. "Come in!" said Nadina.

Fili and Kili entered the room. "What do the two of you want? Arent you supposed to be helping your mother?" asked Thorin.  "Yes, we wanted to come and tell you two good night!" said Kili.  Nadina laughed. "Good night Fili and Kili!" said Nadina. Thorin smiled. "Good night!" said Thorin.  And the two dwarves left. "I take that as a routine when all of you lived here years ago?" said Nadina. Thorin nodded. "When Fili and Kili are lads, they would come to my room, especially if one of them had nightmares. I would cure their nightmares by singing them lullabies telling them stories, or even playing my harp." said Thorin, smiling at the fond memories. "Oh, Thorin." said Nadina, as she lai her head upon Thorin's chest.

One Month later...

It had been a month since Thorin and Nadina had taken up Lord and Lady of Ered Luin, and now plans are already set in stone for their wedding.  "Dain says he's coming, alongside with the other dwarves. They have already left, and Dain allowed Narin to take his place while he will be here." said Dis, as they gathered in the Great Hall.  "That's good. Who else will be coming?" asked Thorin. "Thranduil and Bard is wanting to come, as well as Legolas and Tauriel." said Dis.  Dis felt worried on how Thorin would react of Thranduil attending the wedding, but much to her surprise, Thorin smiled. "It would be good to see him again, considering I met his evil twin in Ireland!" said Thorin laughing. "Oh you mean that Oberon fellow you told me about that his daughter broken Kili's heart?" said Dis. Thorin nodded.  No sooner as they mentioned Thranduil's name, a guard announced of the elves arrival. "Wow! That was fast. I didn't expect them to arrive this soon." said Dwalin. Thrandui, Legolas and Tauriel entered the Great Hall, and Thorin and Nadina greete them warmly.
