14| Never Grow Up

Addison pov:

Taylor unlocked the door and I ran in instantly spotting Olivia.

"Oliviaa!" I said running after her

I chased her around the kitchen and finally caught her on the couch "I missed you" I whispered to her and she meowed back

"Are you hungry?" Taylor asked and I grinned from ear to ear

"Perfect!" She smiled "Joe can go out and get us something while I give you a bath," She smiled and Joe nodded 

"Anything in particular you would like?" Joe asked Taylor

"I'm fine with anything" Taylor said and kissed his cheek

After Joe left Taylor and I laid on the couch for a while watching a movie, I looked over and saw a tear rolling down her cheek

"Taylor?" I asked and she hummed

"Why are you crying this is a happy movie!!" I said 

"You're too young to understand but let's just say it holds special memories." Taylor said wiping the tears from her face

"Ready to take a bath?" She asked and I nodded

Taylor pov:

I held Addie on my hip and took her up the stairs and into the bathroom by her bedroom. Just as I was starting the water I heard her little voice say

"Can I try to bathe myself?" She asked

I felt my heart break a little but I knew she was growing up right before my eyes. I nodded and showed her where everything was, 

"Yell if you need me," I told her

"Okay!" She grinned 

I left the door at a crack and sat by the door scrolling through my phone, I could hear her lightly sing 

"it starts in my toes, and I crinkle my nose
Where ever it goes I always know
That you make me smile, please, stay for a while now
Just take your time wherever you go" She sang while splashing some water

It's crazy seeing how much Addie has grown up in just the short time I've known her. I almost want Addie to never grow up. But I can't wait to see her grow up.

"Taylor!" Addie said

I rushed in "What's up?" I asked

"I'm done could you dry me off?" She asked and I nodded

I grabbed a towel from the cupboard and lifted her out of the tub and stood her on the counter, I heard the alarm chime and then quickly turn off meaning Joe was home.

"Taylor!" He called

"Upstairs!" I yelled back

I wrapped Addie in a towel and took her into her room and put her in some pyjamas seeing as it's already almost 7, we walked downstairs and I could instantly smell the scent of Pastarios aka my favourite Italian place in New York.

I made a plate for Addie consisting of some bread and spaghetti. I took a bowl from the cabinet and put some noodles in my bowl. We all sat down at the little table that outlooks the street. Joe talked about his day he was on set for most of the day, Addie was just about falling asleep in her pasta. Joe laughed and offered to take her up to bed, I rinsed off the dishes and put them in the dishwasher then went back upstairs where I found Addie asleep on Joe in her bed

My heart just melted right there, Joe stifled a laugh. I pulled a blanket over the two of them and kissed them goodnight. 

A/n: Hi short chapter SORRY but this was a super cute chapter! I thought that'd be a good ending to this chapter!
