Meeta POV

"Meeta," my dad called out my name.

"Yes Daddy," I smiled at him.

"Your bodyguard is waiting outside," he said calmly.

"WHAT!" I screeched and Neha stared at me, looking confused.

"Dad, you were serious. I do not need a bodyguard. I can take care of myself," I whined.

"Not after that incident," he warned me and left the room.

I groaned. Why is Dad so strict?

"A bodyguard, yay," I said sarcastically.

"Well I think it's fair," Neha smirked.

"No it's not," I protested.

"Is that so? Ok then what else do we need for a girl who wasn't allowed to go shopping late at night, because she wants to have the latest pair of shoes, decides to sneak out of the house, gets caught by night hooligans, and then rescued by her overprotective brother," Neha smirked.

I didn't say anything. It's not my fault, really. Those shoes have been on my list to buy for a month, and they still are. There was a 50% sale on them. Could I resist? The answer is no.

My parents said no, so I decided to leave the house without anyone knowing. And then I was caught by some 'hooligans' as Neha called them but I was rescued by Veer Bhaiya, and I got in huge trouble with my parents.

But I Do NOT need a bodyguard. When my overprotective brother suggested it, I laughed because I thought he was joking but he wasn't and so were my parents. Life sucks!

"Neha let's go to the cafe," I said, avoiding the topic.

"Ok ok," she said.

We both went to my chauffeur. We saw a man standing.

"Good morning Miss Meeta," he said. "I am your bodyguard."

"Oh yes yes," I rolled my eyes. "I need to go to the cafe. Is that illegal?"

"Woah, calm down mata ji," Neha chuckled and said to the bodyguard, 'she's a moody one.'

I knew I was being rude so I just ignored that 'bodyguard' and sat in the vehicle.

We reached our destination and I stormed out of the vehicle.

"We are going into the cafe so I order you to stay here or do whatever dad told you to do," I commanded and he nodded.

I grabbed Neha and we walked into the cafe before she could say anything.

"Wow, you are really angry," Neha said.

"Yeah, I am really angry," I stated.

"So how's Raj?" I asked.

"The best boyfriend," she said happily.
