Arjun's eyes widened as it struck him who was standing in the hallway. Myrah Mishra, the girl who he had been after so many years ago. He couldn't help but check her out. She was wearing a simple pink and white Salwar Kameez. Adrenaline started to flood her system, her hands trembled at her sides and her heart was throbbing in fear. She clenched her fists as she hesitantly took steps backward.

Meanwhile, in the living room, everyone was fussing over Neha. Veer knew that there was no way that Neha wouldn't have left Myrah alone so he went out of the living room. As soon he stepped out of the room, someone bumped into him. To his surprise, his eyes met those hazel orbs, the ones he was hoping to find. Myrah glanced at Veer and immediately wrapped her arms around him. Veer was surprised with her action but held her dainty waist tightly. Veer looked over her head and noticed Arjun and his parents staring at them. Veer's eyes narrowed as he noticed Arjun checking her out.

"Stay behind me," Veer said quietly to Myrah as she pulled away and stood behind him.

"What are you doing here!" he snapped at the family standing in front of him.

"Veer, how do you know her?" Arjun said, smirking.

"That's none of your concern," Veer shot back. He was tired of Arjun and his nosy self.

"We heard Neha was home," Aman Kumar said camly. "Just wanted to see her."

"They won't be happy to see you so I suggest you go away," Veer warned them before he placed his arm around Myrah and went to the living room and the threesome followed him.

Neha POV

I smiled at my family. It was always good to be home. Home sweet home! I had missed them immensely and now I felt like my kid self when I decided to go to the park without telling my parents, leaving them worried and anxious and then going back home as if it was no big deal.

It is a big deal! You are never leaving them again!

She won't need too as she has found Naina!

I let my mind argue. My eyes rested onto the entrance of the living room where Veer was had one arm around Myrah's waist. No one noticed him leave and now enter the room. He came down and sat next to Dadi. Myrah walked towards Veer and stood behind his sofa. To my surprise, another three people entered the room. The Kumar family!

I felt the anger boil in my system. The three people I hate were in the living room. My family noticed that my fist clenched and my expression turned stony. They all followed my gaze and stared at Aman, Arya and Arjun Kapoor smiling at us. I turned my attention on Myrah and saw that she was looking down. I stood up immediately.

"What are you doing here!" I spat. I couldn't believe that they dared to show their face again.

"Neha, is this a way to greet your guests," Daayan Kumar tutted while Meeta held me from attacking that witch.
