dear lost soul,

please, don't listen to the world.

it'll tell you you're wrong for simply being who you are,

and when you try to change, to be better for it, it'll still say you're wrong.

these are lies that plague the mind, body, and soul; don't listen, don't fall victim to the darkness.

oh, dear lost soul,

bring me your ear, and listen;

listen to all of what i have to say.

you are beautiful and your beauty shines bright,

you've been through hell but you're strong, you've put up the good fight.

you are wise,

so stop eating up their lies.

you are enough, if not more,

have faith in yourself and you shall soar.

you are here for a reason, you have a purpose, a goal to achieve,

just keep focus and believe.

you will go far,

set your goals high and aim for the stars.

take these words of encouragement and go on your way. find yourself and love yourself for who you are and not who you wish to be.

stay true to yourself,
stay beautiful,
stay sweet,
stay loyal,
stay alive,
stay you.
