Chapter 1: Another World?

"Hah〜, can this get any worse?"

I sighed as I observed my classmates in complete terror upon what was happening. While this should scare anyone who is "normal", this didn't scare me. Of course, because I'm not normal.

Don't get me wrong, I was as surprised as the next person but I simply didn't show it, besides thanks to this event I had just escaped my morning beating. Speaking of which is Seiichi here?

I started gazing around when I saw him staring with a face full of anxiety and expectations. Knowing him, he was probably thinking he was a 'chosen one' by the gods and he was now the protagonist of a life of adventures and emotion, and that probably wasn't wrong.

My eyes kept staring at the different expressions from my classmates when my eyes landed on her... The beautiful, pure and innocent Sakura who I care so much about had teary eyes and looked incomparably scared.

I decided I needed to comfort her so I started to make my way towards her and just when I was about to call out to her I interrupted. A golden orb made out of the purest of lights suddenly manifested in front of all of us and remained floating in mid-air. No one dared to speak and we just stared at this holy object with curiosity.

Contrary to expectations, the orb suddenly began to release a brighter light than before and started morphing, taking a humanoid shape. In the blink of an eye, the orb had transformed into an absolute beauty. She had a large bust which caught all men's eyes, long cascading golden hair, a pair of bright blue eyes and pristine white wings. Wait... WINGS?!

Yes, such a beauty had emerged from an orb, but this girl had wings?! Was she an angel? Where were we? My thoughts kept racing at unprecedented speeds but they were halted at once when the beauty spoke with a charming voice.

"Welcome Heroes..."

I heard some clear gasps, whispering, and even some cheers. But seriously, US HEROES?! What is she even thinking... Do you know what these people do to me daily?! If these people are heroes, what will become of the world? She then continued speaking in her alluring yet cute voice:

"I apologize, but we have summoned you from your world... We are currently in need of heroes since our world is currently in chaos..."

She began to explain how her world was having a great war due to an evil existence, known as the Demon Emperor. How the war has caused civilization and progress to stall and as such, even though life has had the same amount of years to prosper as our world, it's development was similar to the middle ages. In contrast, the existence of magic and monsters was part of the world.

She then proceeded to say something which triggered many cheers and positive reactions.

"Of course, since we are sending you to a dangerous world in order to solve a world conflict we will give you blessings, powerful stats, and skills, and finally some basic knowledge and complete understanding of the world language."

As I have mentioned, this created an uproar, several people started cheering for their new life while others smiled at the news.

Then, a blond haired guy stepped forward and kneeled in front of the angel and exclaimed "Thank you, my Goddess", of course, this guy was none other than Seiichi Akiyama himself. "My Goddess, we will fulfill this heavenly duty you have bestowed upon us with great honor!" He would then kiss the angel's hand making her face glow slightly red from embarrassment.

'Is an angel really this easy to manipulate?' is what you may be thinking right now Well, yes and no. While this goddess does indeed look quite easy to score, remember Seiichi is an absolute bishounen with a glare that supposedly charms women.
