Ceijing town:
Seikatsu was sitting with a very old civilian from this town and he was a shop owner of a grocery store.
"So tell me how long have you been here?"
The shop owner answered, "around 7 years. I started this shop after a month or two."
Seikatsu asked him, "you got a family here?"
He nodded and answered, "I married a woman while I was in Hidden Rain village. There was no stability there... economy had dropped, Hanzo had kept an iron fist rule maintained there... my wife and I snuck out of the village and came here..."
Seikatsu once again questioned him, "is Hanzo still ruling the village of the Hidden Rain?"
He seemed to tense up a bit and answered, "He is still ruling the village of the hidden Rain... old guy is still strong like how he was..."
Seikatsu was curious about Hanzo now but changed the topic last this guy may become suspicious.
"So you've any kids?"
He answered smiling, "I have two daughters. One is around 17 years old and other is 12 years old. They are my pride and joy."
Seikatsu smiled back and the two shared a cup of tea and as they parted ways, "if you ever need something come by my shop it's near the banks of the stream. My house is next to it."
Seikatsu bidded him goodbye and went to the Inn.

Same day;
Back in the Inn:
Seikatsu was sitting on the couch with Naruto sitting opposite to him on the bed, "What are you thinking about ni-san?"
He chuckled, "Are you mind reading me?"
Naruto shook his head, "No you were quiet for long time... that's all."
Seikatsu sighed, "yes. I found this shop owner out there. If we want to stay here for a long time we need to form acquaintances here. That's all."
He paused and continued, "I'll try to find a way on how to train you. And also I'll have to see we can form some really nice contacts here. Who can accommodate us in times of emergency."
Naruto thought about it and said, "shouldn't you then form a relation with this shop owner himself who you were talking about?"
He answered, "yes. I'll do that but I'll also have to find a way to train you in the meanwhile."
The duo once again remained silent and rest of the day passed in silence.

Week later:
Seikatsu was in the grocery store of the old man, Noro Matsumoto. "Noro-san can you tell me any business here where I can find a job?"
Noro looked at him and answered, "No as a matter of fact... most of the businesses here are small and don't need more than one shopkeeper."
