The Wolf Next Door: Book 2

Chapter 5

               Derrick's POV

I hide behind Jake with my tail tucked and ears down as well see a ton of drunk and high animals in the lobby. 'No no no it's bad enough I'm going out with out my collar I don't need this' I said in my head. I glanced over at Seth who was cowaring behind Azreal.

"Ready to do this Jake." said Azrael cracking his knuckles. "Ready as I'll ever be Azrael." Jake replied wrapping his arm around me and pulling me close to his side. Azrael did they same to Seth we started walking to the door.

As we walked some of the animal would see me or Seth and start calling and grabbing at us. I could hear a deep growl rise in Jake's throat as well walked. 'Almost there just a little farther' I said in my head, mentally smiling.

As we got closer to the door I felt a hard tug on my tail that made me yelp. Jake growled, turning quick and punched a male croc knocking him out. 'A croc why a croc they are never by themselves where there's one there's More' I looked around and saw four more crocs coming out way.

Jake turned toward one as we hear a loud squeal come from Seth. I turned to see a croc came from their side slapped Seth's as hard. Azreal clawed him across the face telling Seth to come over to where I was, but Jake was already throwing punches at one of the four crocs left.

                   Seth's POV

As me and Derrick backed away from the fight I heard someone behind us say "hey come with me. You two can wait outside with me and my girl." we turned to see a doberman, german shepard mix holding out his paw.

We shook our heads and started to back away when behind us Azrael and Jake both screamed "GO WITH HIM WE GOT THIS!" I was the first to start take tge hand of the dog. Derrick grabbed my paw and followed as the dog led us outside to a motorcycle where a grey shewolf was waiting.

She had on a black leather jacket and a gloves with the fingers cut off. She flicked away a cigarette bud and blows out a puff of smoke before walking toward us. I caught a glimpse of her eyes as she looked at us, they were red.

'Red eyes that's rare very rare.' I thought in my head. "Are you two boys ok? Baxter told me about the fight with an otter and a wolf that got caught up in it." she asked looking at us. Derrick was the first to answer "Yeah we're ok. His boyfriend Azrael and my boyfriend Jake..." he tailed off as the shewolf shook her head.

"Jake Howlston?" she asked haft looking down. I was confused on what was happening here, so I stood still looking back and foward from the shewolf to Derrick. "Yes. Why? How did you know my boyfriend's name?" Derrick questioned. "I'm Moon Howlston. Jake's big sister." she replied. Me and Derrick both looked at each other and back at her saying at the same time "JAKE HAS A BIG SISTER!?"

Yo and that chapter 5 the last part was true I found out I had a little brother that's a year younger then me on my dad's side anyway.
