Aaaahhh. The mall. What a beautiful place to be. Your second home. You were so happy, you could break out in song...

"Wow! I havent been here in the longest! I feel like...like..like....For the first time in forever, I'll be shopping in the mall! For the first time in forever, nothing's in my waaaaaaaaaaayyyy-" you actually broke out into song and you would have kept going if you hadn't closed your eyes and crashed into the wall. Alot of people were staring at you as you rubbed your nose.

"What are you looking at!?" you yelled.

Steve came running and you heard Loki laughing.

"(y/n)! Are you okay?" asked Steve when he got to you.

You nodded. "I'm fine, thanks. At least someone cares."

You and Steve went back to where Loki stood, and you seen Loki standing with his arms crossed and looking in another direction in disappointment.

You followed his gaze, and seen Thor trying to get on the indoor Mary-Go-Round.

It wasn't long before he was recognized. I mean, who else is tall, muscular, with blonde hair, metal armour, a red cape, and a hammer. Wait...hammer?! He brought his hammer?!

And just as quickly as Thor was recognized, so was Loki.

"Hey, that's the guy that tried to take over New York!"

"He caused me to break my arm!"

"Let's break his arm!"

"You don't belong here! You're no hero!"

"You're a monster! A MONSTER!"

That last comment hurt Loki. He pushed his way to the door, unaware of a little follower.

"Enough! Listen carefully! Loki is to be treated with respect! He's here in peace! Anyone who mistreats him will have the hulk to deal with. Understand?! I want you to spread the word!" yelled Steve.

Everyone nodded and someone in the crowd said " SIR YES SIR!"

Loki sat on the concrete floor by the door of the mall. He sighed.

I am a monster. The monster that parents tell their children about at night in Asgard. Most likely it started here too.

"Excuse me?" said a tiny voice that inturrupted Loki's thoughts.

He looked up and seen a little girl, no more than five years old with waist length black hair, brown eyes, and small lips.

"...hello." said Loki.

The little girl sat next to Loki.

"Don't listen to what they say. They're all big fat meanies."

"You do understand what I did to earn that treatment, child?" said Loki.

"Yes. But I think you're not mean. I think that you just want to be like your big bwotha. Don't worry. Sometimes I do things to be like my big sister too. He's going to be a king right? And you want to be like him. Even though you act mean, deep down I think your a nice guy with pwetty hair."

Loki looked away and smiled. He thought, for a mortal child, that it was cute that she was telling him this and also that she pronounced some of her R's as W's. "Thank you, child."

"My name is Alondwa."

"My apologies, Lady Alondra." Loki laughed.

"Hmmm...you look thirsty." she said as she pulled out a cold Caprisun from her little backpack. She opened it for Loki and handed it to him. Before she left back inside the mall to find her mom, she said " Be stwong Mr. Alien Loki Sir."
