Uncle Brent was never a fatherly figure. I never really liked him but ironically he was the only one who provided me with a roof when my brutal father threw me out.
My father is so strict and so mean! Everything had to be according to him, he never tried to understand others. He always blamed me for my own downfall. Smoking, drinking all these were banned in our house, yet I had them. That's why he threw me out! But he never tried to understand why I chose to go against his wish.
While I was staying with my uncle, I got a glimpse of his nasty business and feeling weird, I fled away to my best friend's house.
I knew uncle Brent was involved in some illegal business like smuggling but I never knew that he is the one who killed Sam's and Mark's mother!
Late Mrs. Swift and uncle Brent were in love but when she met Mr. Swift she felt something different, as if she felt safer with him. She started getting attached to Mr. Swift while completely forgetting about my uncle.
She was married to Mr. Swift, and uncle couldn't digest the fact. Though he tried to cope up with the situation for years, one day he finally decided to quench his thirst for revenge. He didn't even hesitate to kill the love of his life because for him, now she was nothing but a mere traitor.
He was put behind bars for his action.
After he got out, he started with the smuggling work. But soon got arrested again. When he was out for the second time, he chose to set up a fair business this time. He dealt with one of the best spies of the city.
Meanwhile Mr. Swift's brother, Mr. Edwin had a clash with Mr. Alex, Mr. Swift's assistant manager and a very close friend.
This clash led Mr. Edwin to leave SOTS and join my uncle's company, another top flourishing company of the city.
Lately my uncle came to know about Sam's condition and he plotted a murder plan for him, only to hurt Mr. Swift.
He succeeded! He had not only hurt Mr. Swift but other countless people who got to know about the real Sam. The Sam behind the spectacles!

Chicago
"Mom! I'm still so confused." Says my little prince.
"And why's that so?"
"If Dad died and if he was the only prince charming of your life then... how am I here? The story you narrated didn't make my appearance! How did this hero appear in the story?"
His question makes me chuckle.
"It's another story, maybe next time! You're supposed to sleep now. Good night little boy! " I chirp.
"Don't call me that." He narrowes his eyes and retorts. Atleast his behavior resembles me.
Seven years ago, I moved out to Chicago, (my current residential place).
Back in New york I was termed as a bad luck to the Swift family. I spent my life getting blamed by others. I was fed up of the hurtful words and looks of the people of Manhattan. My own birth place became a curse for me.
I desperately wanted to escape. But I chose the wrong way. I mistook escape as Suicide! As I stood up on the bridge, ready to jump off, I heard a cry. I thought of ignoring it and took a last deep breath.
I don't know why, but I couldn't jump! I heaved a sigh and turned around and found a helpless lady crying out in pain. I reached for her only to find that she was surrounded by a pool of blood. Sensing the probable situation I called for help.
Soon the ambulance came and that's where a life got birth and a life got freed. The lady asked me to take care of her new born baby, as her last wish. With all the legal processes and procedures I adopted the baby boy. I soon skipped cities, wanting to start my life afresh!
So yes, my life did change!
