SAM'S P.O.V.~
My head is slightly paining, and my eyelids are heavy yet I manage to open them. I am welcomed by a pair of brown eyes staring at my LIPS?
Feeling a bit awkward I try to sit up.When she notices that I'm awake she quickly grabs my arms to help me.What she does next, really shocked me. She pulls me into a hug!
"Stupid! What the hell were you doing? Do you even realise that you could have died if I was a bit late? And what if I- I didn't come.....?" She hugs me tighter. "What if-"
"Shh! Calm down! I'm alive. I'm here right in front of you. Just calm down." I try to soothe her while caressing her back.
When she calms down, she pulls away. I smile at her and ask her to take some rest too. She looks very tired. She nods and smiles back.
When she is gone, I lay back and close my eyes.
She's so different from my former advisors. They were always professional, they never tried to understand me. Moreover I realise that she genuinely cares for me. All the others were after my wealth, well not exactly mine but Dad's.
Now, all I know is that ―
She's indeed different !

**Fastforward **
Author's P.O.V.~
It's been almost a week since that incident happened. And since then, Sam got a new Friend with whom he would share his thoughts. Kristine would sometimes ask about his past life, how he grew up, his hobbies, his likes and dislikes etc. And Sam is more than happy to find that someone actually wants to know more about him.
While Sam was weak and strictly adviced to take rest, Kristine took care of his meals and medicines, she also dealt with the University authorities.
Wind is blowing softly making a few strands of her hair to dance along the breeze. She is sitting by a window thinking how Sam use to leave a specific question of hers, unanswered.
What made Mark and him uphold a dual appearance?
She asked this question to Sam a countless times and the way Sam would smartly change the topic, leaves her more and more curious.
She knows it's none of her business but she just wants to calm her rising level of curiosity.
So she decides to get the answers and also promises herself that she won't back off without answers this time.

Sorry for the short chapter. My mom is having a fever so I'm doing the courses. It is a bit difficult to write in such a situation but I believe 'something is better than nothing'. So I wrote a short one instead of writing nothing at all.
