Imagine #43

Well okay, I haven't been updated here since April. Ooof, I'm really sorry guys. I always say this, but I am going to TRY and update more often. Just I am trying to get a job and I've been going out driving and I text that guy who isn't mine but kind of is mine like all the time. This is yet another real life event that happened to me. So enjoy.

You were extremely excited to see C/N at the movies. You were checking the group chat to see when he was going to show up. 

You got out of your car and walked over to the fountain in front of the movies and saw your best friend sitting there on her phone.  

"Hey cutie what's up?!" you yelled at your friend from 10 feet away from her.

She looked up from her phone and gestured for you to come over.

"Hello hello," she smiled and reached over to give you a hug, "So who else is showing up?" 

"Uuh," you looked down at your phone," I don't know. I think it's us, C/N, and his friend."

"Is he cute?" she asked.

"Well I haven't seen him since junior high but I think so?" you let out a laugh.

Your phone then let off a beep. C/N and his friend were both there. You looked around and saw them both walking towards you. But they weren't alone.

Standing really close to C/N was a girl who was a friend of yours.

"Oh hey Y/N I didn't know you would be here," she pulled you into a hug.

You made eye contact with C/N who just smiled nervously.

"It's good to see you," you clenched your fists as your mind started to wander as to why she was there.

"That was a really good movie," C/N's friend, C/F/N, said.

You smiled at him politely as your gaze wandered over to C/N and your friend, Y/F/N. She laughed at something C/N had said causing your best friend to roll her eyes.

She then pointed to her mouth and made a gagging noise.

"So let's go eat," B/F/N grabbed your hand and led you out.

Soon, everyone was following you guys as you headed out of the movie theater.

"Wait I have to call my mom first," Y/F/N said.

She walked a little away from the group with B/F/N to call her mom.

"So now is your chance," C/F/N exclaimed to C/N.

He looked at you then C/N with a smirk.

"Alright Y/N," he pushed you closer to C/N, "Compliment him."

You made eye contact with C/N and felt your stomach become all warm.

"Uh the outfit you're wearing today is great because you are all relaxed," you started, "And your eyes are as stunning as ever. And your laugh, don't even get me started on how wonderful that sound is."

C/N began to blush as he moved a bit closer to you. But then C/F/N grabbed him by the shoulders and shook him.

"Now go talk to Y/F/N!" he was smiling like crazy, "Y/N gave you the confidence boost you needed."

You bit down on your lip because it felt like you had been punched in the gut. C/N liked her. Of course. That's why she was there.

"I take back everything I said then," you said with a bit of anger seeping through your voice.
