This book has been a "off-and-on" project of mines for quite some time.
Didn't really know how to feel about it in particular, or my own writing at the time (Depressed 7th Grade Me) but now that it's WAY behind me, I thought I'd give this story the rewrite it deserves. After all, 7th Grade me had some pretty neat ideas!
Slightly inspired by the "what if aliens were good" concept behind 2009 movie 'Avatar', but things are obviously different. And we're in serious need of more novels and movies that portray aliens in a good light *coughs*Xenomorphs and Yautja *coughs*
First 2 chapters only contain doozy content that establishes the world and characters. Chapter 3 is where it starts.
Also contains a realistic, and sometimes random, use of slang and profanity that may or may not be heavy at times, albeit kept to a bare minimum.
