BTS DEBUT CONCERT; SEOUL, KOREA 100-043; 2013 JUNE 13
A huge banner was above the entrance of the venue. When we entered, only a few people had arrived and I recognized them all as the Bangtan members families. Taehyung's cousins, aunt, uncle, grandma and parents were there. RM's little sister, and parents, Jin's parents and J-Hope's family too. The last family I saw was Jungkook's. His parents and his older brother, Jung-Hyun was there. I smiled and waved to them all. Everybody was so kind. They all greeted one another with handshakes and grins and laughs. I was even more giddy than before.
My heart might as well just have bursted when the seven boys walked out onto the stage and jumped down towards all of us. As I said before, no one was here yet, but they were coming to say hi to their families. J-Hope was crying as he hugged his parents. I couldn't help but let a few tears escape when I watched RM's sister run into her brother's arms. Yoongi oppa walked over to us, a small smile perched on his lips.
I hugged him and he rested his chin on my shoulder. "Suga fighting," I whispered. He chuckled against my ear and pulled away.
"Jae-Mi fighting!" he said making a fist. I made a fist and we connected our hands. My parents were talking to my brother when I spotted Jungkook with his family.
Jungkook and his brother were talking seriously, their hands in one another's. When they were done, Jungkook hugged his parents quickly and immediately began searching the sea of families.
Then he spotted me. When we made eye contact, his mouth spread into the biggest bunny smile I'd ever seen come out of him. I blushed and began walking to him. He broke into a run and met me halfway. I was startled at how quickly he made it over to me.
"Don't waste your energy, Kookie," I said jokingly. He smirked. Then we just stood there. Staring at each other's faces. "Mwo?" I finally asked, breaking the silence.
Jungkook looked behind him and noticed that the members were slowly making their way back up on the stage and to the dressing room to do a few last minute touch ups. I motioned for him to follow them but instead he looked at my face then his hands.
I grabbed his hands in mine. "You'll be fine. Don't be scared," Jungkook nodded.
"I'm not scared of performing. I love performing," he said. I cocked my head to one side.
"Then what's wrong?" I asked him. He let out a breath and squeezed his eyes shut for a moment. My body was getting more and more heated.
"Remember earlier, I said I needed to tell you something," he said. I bobbed my head yes, uncertainly.
He swallowed and then with one swift movement, he bent down and brought his lips to mine. I just stood there, I was so shocked I didn't even kiss him back. But it was soft and sudden enough to make me frozen on the spot.
Then he was gone. When I came out of my trance he was running back behind the curtains.
"Jungkook-ah!" I yelled. He turned his head, waved at me, and disappeared backstage.
"Agh, pabo," I said under my breath, still slightly dazed. I was aware that my face was as red as a strawberry, and my body was coated with sweat. "Pabo," I muttered again, calling myself stupid, wishing that the kiss could've lasted longer.
