D'mitra was sitting in her chamber by resting her head on her palms. An attendant entered the room and asked, "Ma'am will I tell the next patient to come in?"

"Cancel all the appointments and now." Ordered D'mitra harshly.

"But ma'am.."

"No buts do as I said." Screamed out D'mitra, banging the table with her fists.

She rushed out of her cabin and walked past the corridors of the hospital and went straight into her car and drove away to Vaidehi's mansion.

Vaidehi was sitting all alone, reading a fashion magazine, when suddenly the door bell rang.

"Mae, open the door please and look who's there." She said out to her hand maid.

Soon she heard footsteps proceeding towards her direction. She looked up to see D'mitra in a divastated state.

"Dimi what happened?" Vaidehi asked in concern.

"Abhi is alive." Were the only words she could speak out.

"What?" Vaidehi's eyes swelled up with tears.

"Yes."

Flashback

The previous day

"Ma'am I'm calling the next patient." Said the attendant.

"Sure." Said D'mitra brightly.

It was her very first day in this city and she was enjoying it pretty well.

"May I come in?" Asked a middle aged woman.

"Yeah. Sure Ma'am. Please have a seat." Said D'mitra sweetly.

The woman took a seat opposite the table.

"So how may I help you ma'am?" Asked D'mitra.

"Yeah! Actually my son, he is suffering from a problem. You know he forgets things quite often and probably doesn't remember it ever again. Suppose, I told him that his name is Sidharth, after a few minutes he'll forget what his name is. And this causes several attacks also." Said the woman.

"Okay. I see. Can you tell me for how long is he suffering through this problem?" Asked D'mitra.

"Past few years. We tried many doctors but none could help." Said the woman.

"Okay. Did he face any serious brain injury before that?" Asked D'mitra.

"Oh yes. He fell down from a cliff and had a bad brain damage which caused a memory loss." Said the woman as she hung her head down in grief.

"Okay. As I can conclude, its probably a disease called Dimentia." Said she. "Can I see your son's previous CT Scan reports and medications and list of treatments?"

"Yeah. Here you go." Said the woman, handing her a file of papers.

"It'll be good if you bring your son along with you tomorrow." Said D'mitra.
