Laylani Pov

I was walking around the house with buddy in my arms keeping him out of the way of everyone helping get Tay and Jas things from the room since they moving into they own house I honestly wanted to say something , cause I feel like they doing everything so fast but that is just me on the outside looking in.

" You alright baby girl?" I looked up to see Armon with a box in his arms.

" Yea I'm ok how much more stuff do ya'll have to get into the truck?" I asked letting buddy bite on my thumb.

" This the last one then everyone is heading over to the house to help unload you coming ?" He asked.

I thought about it I seen the house and its nice but I'm not gon be doing anything cause mother nature wanna play games. Armon came back and grabbed his keys from the cup holder of the other couch.

" I'm just gonna stay here and probably watch a movie." I said handing him buddy.

He nodded and took buddy and started to walk away but came back.

" Do you want me to bring you something back?" He asked.

Since I gave him another chance everything has been going good but I don't wanna jinx anything.

" Umm a twix a bag of flaming hot cheetos and a lemonade." I said looking back at him.

He nodded and walked out I heard the door close and decided to go upstairs and change clothes I found a pair of sweatpants and a hoodie with a change of underwear I went back downstairs and tossed everything into the dryer and decided to take a quick shower in the bathroom down here.

I checked the cabinets to make sure some pads was in there so I wouldn't have to run upstairs and I'm thankful there was some. I grabbed a body and face towel turned on the shower waited till it warmed up and hopped in.

* 30 mins later*

I was watching Supernatural and eating a bowl of cereal I don't know what everyone was doing but I didn't wanna call and bother them I heard the front door open and close I looked back and it was Trey with a bag in his hand.

" Hey bro where Armon and Josh?" I asked.

He came over and flopped on the couch next to me.

" Helping them set up everything I was too tired so I decided to come home after I got what Armon wanted me to get you." He held up the bag and sat it in my lap.

I smiled and thanked him and pulled out the bag of cheetos and started eating them and going back to watch Supernatural.

Some time into the show Trey was asking questions about everything instead of getting annoyed I was laughing hard as hell cause I can tell he was genuinely confused I was to far into the show so he didn't understand what was happening.

Armon Pov

I was finally getting back home and I was tired as hell I walk into the house and into the living room to see Lay and bro knocked on the couch , I don't know what show was playing but I turned it off and picked Lay up and nudged bro so he could go lay in his room and took Lay to my room.

" Damn bro how long was you gon." Trey was standing in the doorway.

" Man I don't even know I just know I wanna take a shower and go to sleep."

He nodded and left closing the door behind him, I grabbed a change of clothes and went into the bathroom in my room and hopped in the shower.

* 20 mins later*

I got out the shower dried off and changed clothes tossing the dirty ones into the basket and shut off the light walking back into my room I turned off the lights and got into the bed Lay, moved over and wrapped her arms around me and wrapped a arm around her.

I laid there staring at the ceiling thinking why did she give me another chance I know people believe in second chances but some females would have left it they heard they dude cheated and I'm not saying she is like any of these females, but why?

But you know what I'm not gonna question anything else cause I honestly wouldn't wanna be with anyone else cause I can't see myself with anyone else.
