So today I'm back at my place for now I was just cleaning up and washing clothes and waiting for my mom to come over, I was placing the last load of clothing in the dryer when I heard the front door open and close.

" I'm here !" My mom yelled.

I closed the dryer door and started it and walked going to the living room where my mom was sitting on the couch.

" Hey ma. " I said walking up and hugging her.

" Hey honey so what so important that you wanted to talk to me about?" She asked.

I sat down across from her trying to figure how I was gonna tell her hoping she doesn't freak out.

" Well a while ago I was thinking about moving in with some friends and I wanted to know what you thought." I said chewing the inside of my cheek.

She sat there for a second but it felt like forever.

" Well do you trust them that much to move in with them?" She asked.

" No doubt and being here alone gets lonely sometimes I'm over there anyway." I said.

" To me it's overrated to move in with a bunch of friends cause one minute you guys can be ok and then the next you guys could get into it and probably try and kill each other." She said.

I laughed and shook my head I mean yeah we would probably argue but I mean we always try and figure something out.

" But if that makes you happy then go ahead baby girl." She said smiling.

I smiled back got up from my spot walked over and hugged her I don't know what I would do without her.

* 30 minutes later *

I had somethings packed away but not everything I had to figure what I was gonna do with the living room furniture and the kitchen , when I started to hear a bunch of noise outside.

I went over and looked out the window and there was Chris, Von , Jordan , Josh and I think the other dude was Antonio (correct me if I'm wrong.) they were crowded around Chris car apparently someone spray painted it.

" This is another thing I can't wait to get away from." I said walking away from the window I went back to cleaning and grabbed all the trash bags to take them out, I made sure the door wasn't locked as I made my way outside to the side of the house throwing away the trash.

I felt something licking my ankle and I looked down to see Chris puppy.

" Hey there." I said picking her up she was adorable.

" Wassup Lay.?"

I looked over to see Josh coming.

" Nun much wassup." I said letting Houston bite my finger.

" Nothing much watching these fools prank Chris." He said pointing behind him.

I was really hoping that someone actually spray painted his car but God don't like ugly.

" I was wondering what all the noise was out here." I said.

" Yea so how has everything been going?" He asked.

" Nothing much just packing." I said shrugging.

" Oh you moving ?" He asked.

I mean should I really tell him I see no harm cause Josh is real cool.

" Yea I'm moving in with Armon and Trey got tired of coming here and it being really quiet." I said.

He nodded and I seen Jordan and everyone else walking over.

" Hey I'll see you later alright gotta get back to packing." I said handing him Houston.

" Alright sis." He said smiling and taking Houston.

I smiled back and tried to make it to the door as fast as I could but I guess I wasn't fast enough.

"Aye Laylani where you goin." Jordan ask.

Fuck my life I said in my head I turned around with the best fake smile ever.

" Just going back into my house." I said.

" Where you been at you been hiding from us?" Von asked.

I laughed.

" Why do I need to hide from y'all?" I asked.

" Well you act like you don't like us."

I looked behind them too see Chris was the one that said that.

" If I didn't like you I wouldn't avoid you well I would but I would tell you that I don't like you to your face honestly." I said shrugging.

" See that is why I fucks with you." Von said throwing his arm around my neck.

" Jesus Christ Von don't break my neck." I said jokingly making everyone laugh.

After talking with them for a little minute I was finally back in my room to finish packing I plopped down on my bed and grabbed my phone from my pants pocket and called Armon the phone rang a few times until he answered.

" Wassup baby girl?" He answered.

" Hey bae what are you doing?" I asked.

" Just chillin what about you?" He asked.

I told him everything that went down and we talked about some random things and I told him how much I had packed and that I just had to figure out what I was gonna do with all the extra furniture probably gonna see if my mom wanted it.

Sorry this one is kinda short made it to where we staying last night and I was tired as I don't know what last night.
