After mom and I grabbed our luggage we decided that we were gonna stop somewhere to eat and we decided on Wendy's , we picked up our rental at the front mom wanted me to drive cause she wasn't able to get any sleep on the plane.

We loaded our stuff in the back I pulled up Maps on my phone looking for the closest Wendy's settled into the car and drove off, not even 5 seconds in the car and mom was already knocked out and I couldn't help but think about how everything is changing so fast.

I turned the radio down but I was still able to hear the song playing.

I was stupid, really stupid

I finally seen the Wendy's sign on my right side and was able to find a opening to pull into the parking lot and find a parking spot close enough to the door.

Laylani parked the car tapped her mother on the shoulder and told her that they made it, they got out the car Laylani locked the doors and proceeded into the fast food establishment, they noticed the line wasn't that long.

They stood in line debating on what they wanted when Laylani heard a voice that sounded so familiar to her but she couldn't make it out cause it was mixed in with a group so she brushed it off. Her mother and herself made it to the register and told the cashier what they wanted paid and waited to hear their number.

Laylani decided to go ahead and find them somewhere to sit she found a booth a table over from the group of people that were talking she glanced over at the group when she noticed a face. Trey Traylor she looked away so he wouldn't notice her looking and didn't want him to see her face cause if he is here then so is his brother.

Trey Pov

I was sitting at Wendy's with the crew . Queen , Chris , Cj , Emily , Von , Josh and Perfect. My bro decided to stay at the house with his extra ass. We were talking about the pranks that we did when I noticed this girl her body was bang in she sat at the table over from us. I couldn't see her face but for a quick glance she looked away so fast but something told me that I knew her but I just brushed it off.

"Aye bro you good?" Chris asked me. " Yea man y'all ready to go?" I asked. Everyone gave their response we got up threw our trash away and headed for the door walking past the girl and who I guess was her mother in the booth.

I decided to see if I could take another glance at the girl so I could see her face but Cj grabbed my attention before I could even see her.
