Laylani POV

For the past few weeks shit has been everywhere Queen and Chris are no longer together so that meant I got to be with Cj, Perfect, Tae and Trey.

I have been getting known more for hanging with them which comes with some problems but doesn't really bother me, my mom has been promoted at her job so she is happy and has found someone which makes me happy.

And that's it so far.... Oh and I have been avoiding Armon and his flying monkey.

Currently

Cj , Trey and I are walking around the mall I was carrying Cj who decided to fall asleep and had to give back to his father. " So do you have to go?" I asked Trey. " I mean no but I want too me and bro finally got a record label and I wanna make a good first impression with them." He said.

Trey was getting ready to leave to meet up with the record label and I didn't want him to go cause he kept Chris away from me, since him and Queen split he ain't been doing nothing but being a man hoe.

First getting grind on in a teen club dropping a diss track on Queen, talking shit about Clarence cause he friends with Queen and so on and so forth.

" Ugh, that means I gotta lock myself in the house." I said whining. He didn't do anything but laugh at me we went into a couple more stores before we decided to leave we stopped at his place so he could drop the bags off and I was sitting in the driveway.

Trey Pov

I left Laylani in the car as I was dropping the bags into my room when I seen bro on the game. " Wassup bro bro where you been?" He asked pausing the game and looking my way. " Shit been out chillin frl." I said grabbing a Gatorade from the fridge and walking towards the door.

" Damn bro you just got back where you going now." Before I could say anything Tae came out. " Hey is Laylani in the car?" She asked. " Yea." with that she ran outside and I looked at Armon.

"So that's where you been at you been out with her?" He asked. " Bro you starting to sound like a female ." I said taking a sip of my Gatorade. " Bro whatever man I knew yo ass was gon start acting funny ."

" Nigga you the one that's been acting funny can't keep yo damn emotions in check cause she ain't fucking with you the way she used t0, not my damn fault I got my sister back cause I decided to apologize and talk to her." I said irritated.

I noticed Perfect , Tae and Laylani holding Cj standing around us.

" Bro y'all iight." Perfect asked. " Yea man I'm good ." I said. I looked at sis. " What happened you didn't wanna be on the car anymore?" I laughed. " Tae needs my help with something so I decided to stay with her." Then she got cut off.

Laylani POV

Before I could finish what I was saying I got cut off by Armon. " You didn't ask us if it was cool." He said. " Well if you let me finish that's what I was gonna ask." I said with a attitude.

" Bro who is you talking to like that?" He got up and rushed at me. " Nigga am I supposed to be afraid of you?" I asked unfazed.

Trey stepped in front of me as I took a small step back.

" You know damn well you don't come at a female like that." He said.

Armon smacked his lips and went to sit back down I took Cj upstairs with me and laid him in the room that I would be sleeping in and cracked the door going back downstairs and into the room with Tae And Perfect.

" Can one of y'all call Chris and let him know that he gotta come get Cj please." I asked . " Bro Bro still making you uncomfortable?" Perfect asked.

" Very " I said . Then I we heard loud voices we walked out to see Chris holding his camera with Dominic I think is his name I don't know I always forget it.

" Lord bless it." I mumbled and slipped pass going to get Cj and his things from upstairs.

I made it seeing Cj still out cold picking him up and grabbing his bags when I turned around Chris was standing the door.

" Why you sneaking around?" He asked. " Ain't nobody sneaking around anywhere." I said slightly irritated." Then he just stood there looking me up and down then licking his lips.

Armon Pov

Everyone was downstairs laughing and joking around but I didn't see Chris here or Laylani, I decided to go upstairs when I noticed Chris in the door.

" Why you won't give me a chance ma?" He asked. " One you not my type two cause Queen is my friend and unlike other females I don't fuck with my friends ex." Laylani said , but I noticed her voice shaking a little.

Chris started walking further into the room backing Laylani up against the wall while holding Cj.

" Aye bro what y'all in here doing." I said walking in. They turned looking at me Laylani looked more relaxed.

" Nothing Bro I just came to get Cj." He said taking Cj and some bags but looked at Laylani a bit too long till he walked out.

She let out a breath I didn't even know she was holding.

" You alright?" I asked not getting to close. " Yea I'm fine thanks." She said looking at me with a small smile.

" No problem I knew he was making you uncomfortable and I still know how you are when people make you uncomfortable so I had to make sure you were good," I said turning and getting ready to walk away.

" Why do you hate me?" She said so low that I almost missed it.

" I don't hate you I just hate myself for making you hate me." With that I walked away and went back downstairs sitting in the living room.
