Note: I haven't seen/played Another Episode so I'm only going off what little I know when I talk about the game, so please correct me when/if I am wrong.

Biography:
Touko's life- like most dr characters, was very traumatic and honestly, I'm putting a trigger warning for severe abuse here, and a tw for a stereotyped trope involving D.I.D. which is quite offensive for people with the disorder and similar ones.
At the hospital Touko was born at the same time another baby was born but quickly died in a medical accident, and the doctors didn't know which mothers baby had perished. Both mothers refused a blood test to figure out which one was the mother of the child since both of them had wanted their baby to die, although it later turned out that both woman had slept with the same man. Touko lived with two mothers and one father, and it has been made insanely clear she was abused as a child. She was once locked in a closet and forced to stay there three days with no food- causing her to develop a fear of the dark. She turned to stories and writing to try and escape the abuse she suffered.
Due to the trauma she went through she developed Dissociative Identity Disorder and Genocider resorted to killing every man that hurt Touko.
As if being abused at home and having no control over a homicidal alter wasn't enough, she was severely bullied at school and had no friends either. At one point someone stole someone else's lunch money and planted it in Touko's desk so Touko would be blamed, because of this several of the students tied her up to a jungle gym with a garden hose. Touko's first crush was a boy she became friends- or at least she thought they were friends- with in elementary school, when he was about to move she wrote a confession letter but the next day she came to school to find it pinned on a bulletin board as a way to mock her. In eighth grade a boy asked her out on a date, out of excitement Touko spent three days planning the date, but halfway through the date her date disappeared, she later found out he only went on a date with her because he had lost a bet.
Because of all of this Touko never properly learned how to socialize. Due to the bullying and abuse Touko is highly suspicious of people, constantly shoving words in their mouth and accusing them of thinking cruel thoughts of her or planning to hurt her, she also has no filter causing her to say her opinions of others with no hesitation, constantly accusing Aoi of being dumb and accusing Mukuro of being a slut. She tends to self victimize and refuses to believe people are being honest when they compliment her.
Due to the trauma she went through she has a severe fear of the dark and of blood- fainting whenever she sees blood causing Genocider to front- and baths. These are all most likely from unmentioned traumatic experiences.
Although in Another Episode she becomes less unpredictable and more kind to others, she remains pessimistic and gloomy though.

Aspect:
Now this one I already know.
Those bound to the aspect of Doom are fate's chosen sufferers. It may not sound like an overly pleasant aspect to be aligned with, but it does come along with great wisdom and empathy. The Doom-bound understand that misery loves company, and they are ready and willing to provide said company. The Doom-bound won't fix you; they aren't healers. They are commiserators, aware that sometimes the only thing you can do for a person is let them know that they are not alone in their suffering. They are not the advice friend-they're the friend you go to when you need to vent about a rough day at work. They are not necessarily noble martyrs, either-the Doom-bound can become quite irate about their lot. At their best they are wise, kind, and non-judgemental. At their worst, bitter, resentful, and fatalistic.
Now there is no doubt she went through a lot of suffering. A lot is an understatement. Now her empathetic side doesn't come out till Another Episode. She tries to keep Komaru on her feet and tries to keep her from falling into despair but she more often just keeps Komaru company when she gets gloomy- she only interferes when Komaru is about to do something dangerous/dumb or when she's about to give up.

Class:
All credit for the reference I use for analysing classes goes to HomestuckExamination. Now I believe she is a maid.
"The world seems to want them to give more than they are willing to with little payback, wearing them out, and only by gaining control of their situation and asserting what they want can they fully express themselves." The world definitely seems to take from Touko more then give, and it took her till Another Episode till she asserted herself and took control of her situation. Now you can argue that writing was how she expressed herself but the truth of the matter is it wasn't fully, it was expressing her wants and desires but not her pain, not who she was, and not her true beliefs. She was creating worlds she wanted to live in, using her pain to create new and better worlds. At the end of her freetime events she ends up for the first time writing about something that was not a dream, writing a book about her life. But even then that isn't truly her expressing herself, that's just her telling her story. In Another Episode she becomes less chained down by her trauma, less chained down by fear, and decides to fight for freedom and fight so that no one has to go through what she did.
"While held back, Maids tend to bottle up their true desires and emotions, they may become complacent, even resigned about their situation, but once things reach a breaking point, or hopefully, once given a chance to break free, they will let their true demeanor out and seek what they think is best for themselves." And this is exactly what happened, in the first game Touko would constantly make nihilistic comments about their situation and never truly tried to work with the others to escape, half because she had given up on any chances of escape and half because she was too busy with Byakuya and arguably using him as a distraction. She was insanely resigned about their situation, she hated it but she accepted that she was stuck. We can presume that once the killing game was over was her breaking point, the point where she realized she had to fight instead of running and hiding.
"They can show a passionate love for they things they deem important, while holding a similarly passionate contempt and dislike for the things that wronged them and those they care about." This is another huge part of her character, she constantly gets into debates with Hifumi because she deems fanfiction as a lesser form of writing while actual novels were superior. She has a huge dislike for- well, almost everything in the first game- because so much has wronged her, the only thing she has to be passionate about is her own writing and so she remains passionate about stories.
There is so much more I can talk about in this part of the analysis but I think this is a fair amount.
