Chapter 26
"Do you know what tomorrow is?" Harry asked as he slid another perfectly cooked blueberry pancake onto my plate.
"Sunday?" I asked as I poured about half the contents of the syrup bottle onto my pancake.
I could practically hear Harry roll his eyes as he spoke. "Thanks I didn't know." I smiled holding back laughter and took a giant bite out of the enormous pancake sitting in front of me and sighed in delight.
"Is it that good?" He smirked as he watched me devour the pancake. I nodded hungrily shoving more into my mouth.
It has been a week since Harry and I officially started dating and for real the time. None of the boys or Grace were surprised the date had gone well when we returned that evening to their hotel suite with interlocked hands and bright smiles. After I went through all the details of what happened with with Grace and she told me her and Zayn's current status, Harry and I went back to our room for the night. The next day we returned back to our original home in Hawaii and have been playing up our relationship in public as much as we could. There haven't been any major headlines recently concerning our relationship so for now we're all assuming we're doing something right. And I couldn't be happier that it is no longer a fake relationship.
"But seriously, do you know what tomorrow is?" He became more serious as he rested his forearms on top of the counter in front of me and set his gaze straight on me.
That's when it hit me what tomorrow really was, my eighteenth birthday. And I really hope he has something else in mind because the last thing I need is some sort of birthday celebration from Harry.
My realisation must've been written clearly on my face I assumed by the cheeky grin Harry had on his face showing off his adorable dimples.
"What exactly is tomorrow?" I asked cautiously hoping I had just forgot some activity he planned.
"It's your birthday!" He shouted a little to enthusiastically throwing his hands up in the air. Of course.
Harry looked confused for a second once he realised I wasn't in the least bit excited.
"Why aren't you happy?"
"Because I've always hated when people make a big deal about my birthday. I don't like big celebrations, I just like to keep it simple and be with close friends or family." I explained watching Harry's face grow less and less impressed as I spoke.
"Well that's now fun, we'll have to plan something big!" Harry said with an evil grin on his face. Underneath that giant mop of curls of his he was coming up with something I know I won't enjoy, and I'm not just going to sit here and let that happen.
"No you won't." I said firmly giving him a 'don't mess with me' attitude, of course he only saw that as a challenge to get me to agree with his outrageous plans.
"I'm sorry Ash, but you're plans for sitting around and hanging with friends just simply won't cut it." He shook his head at the idea giving me mock sympathy.
I narrowed my eyes at him and he laughed, causing his whole face to light up and putting a smile on mine.
"See, now you're warming up to it!" He knew I wasn't and I tried to glare at him but the stupid grin wouldn't get off my face.
His calming laugh continued as he turned his attention back to making pancakes. Everyone else was still sleeping upstairs and he needed to make enough pancakes for five more people.
"I smell food." The tired voice of the one blond in the group basically moaned as his footsteps started down the staircase.
"Well, there goes that plate." Harry joked as he gestured to the plate full of pancakes he'd already made.
I couldn't stop myself from rolling my eyes just as Niall entered the kitchen looking ready to attack anyone who got in the way of him getting his food.

I suck at uploading, I know. Everything I've written lately has been complete crap. I'm sorry I take so long to upload and whenever I do it sucks. But honestly for the past few months I feel like everything I've written has just been terrible and not worth uploading. I really hope my writing will get better but for know I'm sorry that it sucks and thank you to all who read anyway. :)
If you want some actually good writing, my friend @to_the_write just started writing her first story called Say You'll Stay and it's awesome, check it out of you can! :)
