Ingredients:
1. 2 teaspoons canola oil
2. 1 medium onion, finely chopped
3. 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
4. 1 teaspoon minced garlic
5. 1/2 pound each lean ground beef and turkey (or 1 ground lean ground beef or turkey)
6. 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and raised
7. 2 (14-ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
8. 2 teaspoons chili powder
9. 1 teaspoon cumin
10. 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or more to taste)
11. 1 teaspoon molasses
12. 1 tablespoon white vinegar
13. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
14. 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the onion and bell pepper and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes, or until slightly softened.
2. Add the garlic and meat and cook, turning to break up the meat, until it is browned.
3. Add the black beans, tomatoes, chili powder, cum, red pepper flakes, molasses, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and liquid smoke. Stir well and simmer for 15 minutes.

hey guys! i'm back from europe. i got home last night. it was the most amazing place i had ever been to. i really wish that i didn't have to leave. i'm so jet lagged and it's just... i really miss it.
