It all started during the summer of junior year...school had just ended for the summer.
"MIAAA" my best friend Tyler screeched. "Give me back my phone"
"Not until you tell me who you were texting" I laugh running away from him.
"Okay fine, I was texting a guy that I met off of tinder"
Tyler is bisexual, and he barely goes out on dates, let alone texts guys or girls, he's super shy.
"Wow! the Tyler Monet is texting someone other than me?" I ask shocked.
"Fuck off" he smiles. "I decided to let loose before senior year starts and hookup a little"
I laugh at Tyler, just remembering how he was scared of our teacher Ms.Applebottom in first grade.
"Mia" my mom calls knocking at my door.
I walk up and open the door.
"Yes?"
"Is Tyler staying over for dinner?" She asks.
"Ty, you staying over for dinner?" I ask.
"No, thank you, Ms. Anderson, I've actually have to get going my mom has me babysitting my younger siblings while she goes out for a date"
"Okay, well how did court go the other day?"
"uh good, my dad still wants custody of us, but I told him no cause he clearly except me being bi my mom made sure it won't happen cause he left cause of the thought of me having a boyfriend he couldn't deal he's just a coward"
"I'm sorry that is happening bud, but just don't let go who you are and don't change for anyone else," My mom said hugging Tyler.
"Okay, well I'll see you, Mia coffee at Café Adams tomorrow at 4?"
"Sure" I replied.

I text my other best friends Graci and Carmelita in our group chat (they have nicknames as their contacts)
mia: sup girls
grachie:heyy
caramel: heyyy what up?
mia: nothing much just hung out with Tyler and I'm bored. u?
grachie: just watching Netflix
caramel: yeah just watching some Shane Dawson
mia: Y'all wanna hang rn?
grachie: sure.
caramel: I'm down, where at?
mia: the park
grachie:okie
caramel: okay sure

I sneak out through my window walking to Tyler's house.
I check the time 2:57 am
I climb up to the window using the ladder outside of his window
I gently knock on the window, waking him
"Mia? is that you?" he asks rubbing his eyes.
"Yeah, get up we're going to the park with Graci and Carmelita.
