Leo POV
I am honestly kind of nervous to show everyone the dragon, but Stiles said that he would support me. I trust him and he trusts me. Honestly, building with him is tons of fun. Anyways, as soon as the rest of camp sees Festus, they all get their weapons. "Wait! He's harmless!" I look at Stiles and nod. He nods back and turns back to camp. "Stiles! You remember what happened. Move away from the dragon!" Stiles shakes his head and I get off Festus. "I promise he's harmless." They all eye me. "Jason, Piper, get on Festus with Leo." They nod and climb on behind me. "Stiles." We all look to see Chiron. "Did you help Leo rebuild this?" Stiles nods and it confuses me. Rebuild? It was completely built, all it needed was for some parts to be fixed. I'll have to ask him about it later. "Chiron, please. Let them go." Chiron sighs and nods. "Everyone stand down. Let them through." Everyone looks shocked and the Ares cabin looks angry, but they stand down. I bend down and whisper to Festus, "Let's go bud." His wings start to go and I look at Stiles. "See ya." He waves and Festus takes off.
Stiles POV
After they are far from camp, Chiron walks up to me. "You know what happened last time. Why did you help him?" I sigh. "It was already built. All it needed was some rewiring. I've had it built since you told me to get rid of it." Everyone looks at me with shocked and angry eyes. I'm pretty sure you can guess who was angry. Clarisse walked over to me looking furious. Next thing I know, my head is snapped to the side. "What the Hades were you thinking Stiles?! Did you want us all to be at risk?!" I look down in shame. "Look, I'm sorry okay?! I didn't put anyone at risk did I? No. Because I made sure Festus stayed powered down. I didn't touch it, I only visited up until I had to go back to California. So, my bad." Clarisse sighed and pulled me into a hug. I know that she might be rude at times, but in reality, she's really nice. "Just be careful." I nod and she walks off. "Stiles." I look up to see Chiron. "Let's go for a walk." I nod and we walk off with me hoping that Leo and his friends would be okay.
