It's Saturday today. I stay at home during the weekends. Ugh. My life is boring. Maybe I can go for a good morning run for a change?

I went outside. The weather is a bit cold. I went back inside to get a jacket and wore it. I don't like it when it's cold. My favorite season is summer because I like it better when it's sunny and hot.

I went outside again and I saw Kevin's car parked near our house. What is he doing here?

"Hey Kevin! What are you doing here?"

"I actually came here for you, I need to tell you something."

Huh?

"What is it?" I asked, confused.

"Considering my offer, can I atleast take you to the upcoming ball next Saturday?" He proposed.

"Oh yeah, sure, " I totally forgot about that.

Next Saturday night is our upcoming ball and we were informed to bring partners. I'm glad Kevin proposed to become my date for the ball. I have no one in mind to be my partner besides him anyways.

"I'll just pick you up at 5:30 pm, is that fine?"

"Yes. Thank you, Kevin."

Kevin smiled at me as he left. I decided to go to the mall and buy a dress and shoes for the prom.

I saw a shop where they sell cocktail dresses and some cute stuff. I tried to look at the dresses inside. I saw a cute yellow cocktail dress that I think suits me.

"Miss, there's the fitting room for you to fit the dress," said the sales lady politely.

"Thank you."

After fitting the dress, I bought it and went to a shoe store. I bought a pink heels with a little ribbon on it.

Tired from shopping, I went to a cafe to be relaxed and ordered my favorite drink, iced mocha coffee.

I almost spat my coffee when I saw the familiar couple coming inside the cafe.

I saw them holding hands. How sweet.

I hid myself in a newspaper that I saw under the table. He shouldn't see me.

Spying at them, I sense that they're so quiet?

Literally no one is talking on one of them.

I might as well leave while they don't notice me yet.

I ran fast and hid myself in my coffee as I went out of the cafe.

I walked at the parking lot to find my car and I suddenly saw him.

Is he following me? Probably not. I'm assuming again.

As I found my car, I ran towards it but then I heard someone from the back said,

"Hi."
