Chapter 27: Harsh Light

Jack's POV

It's been a month since Y/N was here, and it was lonely. She left everything behind and me taking care of the kids, I'm thinking that they know their mother is gone. I spent more handling the kids then working and when I had time to record it was either them sleeping or playing in my recording room while I was working. It was late, and I was tired. I was working when the kids started to cry.  "I know you miss mom, I know, it's okay." I said, and after awhile they calmed down. My phone rang and it was Mark. "Hello?" I said. "Oh, Hey, what's up?" Mark said. "Nothing much, I'm stuck with kids." I said. "Where's Y/N?" He asked. "She left like a month ago and never came back." I said. Mark didn't say anything. "Do you want me to fly over?" He asked. "Oh, no. It's fine. I'm pretty sure she's in Ireland somewhere." I said. "Thanks, though." I added. "Yeah, no problem, just call or text if you need me." Mark said. We talked then hung up. It was after midnight when I finally fell asleep. 

Y/N's POV

Month. It's been a month since I was home with my kids and the love of my life. Looking back on that day, was probably dumb and stupid of me leaving. I traveled far from the house and now I'm lost. I was sitting at the table of my old apartment before I knew Jack, thinking if he would find me or send me something that would bring me back, I'm sure that he should remember my old apartment number and address but time was something that we always forget. I miss my kids and I'm sure they miss me. I want to go home but I was scared and tired.
