Chapter 14: Christmas

Y/N's P.O.V
Jack asked to marry him. "Jack, yes. I will." I said. Jack smiled and then kissed me. Lucy started to cry and Sean grabbed her.

(8:45pm)

I made dinner and Sean was on the IPad, looking through Twitter, everyone was happy that Lucy and Lucas was here and some wasn't happy..

Why are they here, they shouldn't be here in this world.

Ugh. I hope they die..

These questions played in my head and I walked away from the kitchen and slammed our bedroom door. "Y/N?" Sean said. I didn't answer. "I know you're upset about it, but please don't let it to you. I'm happy to have you and the kids, please don't let hate get to you, please baby." Sean said. I didn't move. Sean tried again and the door didn't budge. He was frustrated and he walked away. I was crying. I got up and unlocked the door, and walked out. Jack ran to me and hugged me. I fed the kids.
Jack looked at me anxiously. "What?" I asked. "Nothing." Jack said, getting up. "My mom is coming for Christmas." Jack said. "Ugh." I muttered.

Christmas Eve...
Ms. McLoughlin knocked on the door when I was dressing the kids in their Christmas clothes. Jack answered. I walked out with two kids in my hands. Jack rushed to grabbed Lucy. Of course, Jack's ex was here. Great...

Jack stopped his track and stared at his ex. She looked stunned. "Um, awkward." I muttered. We sat down for dinner. Jack sat next to me and hold my hand cause I was shaking. "Calm down." Jack whispered into my ear. We ate in silence. I got up and walked out the door. Jack ran out the door. "Y/N, don't walk away. Come back." Jack said. I kept walking.
Jack ran and he stopped me. I started to cry. Jack stroked my hair to calm me down. "Come on, lets go back, okay?" Jack whispered. I nodded. We walked back and a note was left on the counter.

Jack, I saw that you loved her and you do really, the kids are in their rooms sleeping, and sorry for being rude, be safe. Love you. -Mom

"Ma left a note." Jack said. I went to check on the kids and they were sleeping peacefully.

(9:45pm)

I yawned and headed to my room. A few minutes later, Jack came in and crawled in and kissed me then rolled over and snored loudly.
