Chapter 13: Never Gone

Sean's P.O.V
Y/N and I were still in the hospital with Lucy and Lucas.

1 hour later...

Doctor said we could leave, we packed up and I helped Y/N, because she was a little sore. I buckled in the kids into the car and we drove home. We arrived home and got everything settled. Kids were in theirs baby swing, I put it in gear 2, Y/N sat down and sighed. My parents arrived 10 minutes later. "Hi, Jack and Y/N." My mom said. "Hey." I said. "Lucy and Lucas are in here." said Y/N. "Aww, they look like you, Jack." She said. My parents each hold the kids and they stayed for dinner then they said their goodbyes.

I woke up to Lucy crying. I got up and went into the twins room. I picked her up and calmed her. She seems to calm down with her in arms. I kissed her forehead and then put her back in her crib. I checked on Lucas, he was fine. I kissed his forehead too. I stumbled out of the twins room to our bedroom. I fell asleep.

I woke up without Y/N next to me. I walked downstairs seeing her feeding the twins. "Morning honey." Y/N said. "Mornin." I said. I sat down next to her while she was feeding Lucas. I grabbed Lucy and put her in the baby swing, putting it on gear 1. Y/N did the same. "I'm so proud of you." I said. "Why?" She asked. "Because we have a beautiful family, and Y/N, will you marry me?" I asked...
