Chapter 22: More Speeches and Getting Married

"Are you guys ready?," Ross asks.
"Yes Daddy!," Rose says excitedly. Ross chuckles.
"Alright, let's go." Today, we're heading to the park, just Rose, Ross and I.
"Daddy, do you love my Mommy?," Rose asks.
Ross looks at me and smiles,"Yes. I love your mommy a lot." I feel myself blush.
We continue walking in silence until we get to the park. Rose runs over to the slides and starts playing.
"She looks like you," Ross tells me.
"Yea, I guess she does."
Ross takes my hand in his,"It was horrible without you." I look up and squeeze his hand.
"I tried forgetting you, moving on but I couldn't. It felt like my whole life was taken away from me and I couldn't get it back. Seeing Riker's, Rocky's, and Rydel's kids run around the house, it was hard. I only wondered how Rose looked. All my siblings were happy, except me. They all found a special girl that they loved so much, and I did too. But, she wasn't with me. When I found out that you moved to New York, I was devastated. I didn't know what to do with myself anymore.." I cut him off by smashing my lips against his.
His arms wrap around my waist, bringing me closer to him. Oh how I missed his kisses.
"So, now that you forgive me and we're back together, can we finally get married?" I grin up at him and nod quickly.
"Definitely." Ross pulls me back in and gives me a quick kiss.
I have my reason for this part being very very short. Next chapter will be the epilogue!
