Valerie's POV
"Cal!" I called from outside the door. I had seen Antie-shitpants storm away from their room to go to dinner. California swung the door to her room open angrily and the grimace on her face only wanted me to piss her off more. But, because I'm an amazing friend and she's the new kid, I won't. Yet.
"What?" She growled and I pursed my lips.
"Do not act that way with me, missy." I shook my finger in her face like an old man would when telling some rowdy teenagers to get off his garden.
"What do you want?" Cal yawned, and I nearly felt sorry for her, nearly.
"Your initiation." I smirked wickedly. "Valerie style."
"Oh, joy." Cal sighed and spoke as I pulled her out of her room.
We traipsed throughout the hallowed hallways of the old building. I showed her where all the best parts of the school. First, we went to the canteen and took stole one piece of chocolate each. Second, we went to 'The Branch'. A branch that had fallen off the a tree like one million years ago and now everyone chills there whenever they can. Third, we went to the hall and sat in the middle of the basketball court.
Cal kept yawning and I was starting to feel slightly sorry for her and I thought about taking her back to her room.
"Do you want to go back?" I asked. I'm trying to be nice, I have lots of followers and fans but not many friends and I wouldn't mind keeping this one.
"Is the initiation nearly over?" Cal asked tiredly. "I don't want to go back to my room not initiated."
"We prefer the term 'failure', but whatever works." I poked my tongue out at her jokingly. I only received a small laugh but I didn't take it offensively (like I normally would when I make a joke) because I could she was nearly falling asleep right there on the basketball court.
"Let's do this." I stated and pulled her off her feet. She slouched while walking behind and her eyes were nearly closing with sleepiness.
"Bit tired after your journey?" I asked as we walked.
"Yeah." She yawned again. Geez, woman, do you just yawn when someone says tired?
"Tired." I said, testing my theory.
"Huh?" She asked and turned to look at me. I though my theory was incorrect and she yawned.
"Yess!" I hissed so quietly that Cal couldn't hear it, don't need to lose her now.
"Hey!" Cal yelled and slapped my arm.
"What?" I yelled back just as loud.
"You didn't tell me my roommate was a snotty rich bee-arch."
"Bee-arch?" I asked, what is with this girl and not swearing? That's going to get on my nerves, specially because I swear more than anyone I've ever met.
"Shut ya mouth." I rolled my eyes at her nonswearingness (yeah, that's a word now). "Stay on topic!"
"Sorry." I shrugged.
"You don't even care!" She screeched.
"You get used to her. She's a pain in the ass but if you call her Antie-shitpants to her face she will leave you alone for a while, it always works for me." I stated, like the expert I was.
"Antie poo-pants?" Cal asked. I have to get that girl swearing or else I'll go insane and there is a high chance that she will die from a lack of oxygen while she is sleeping.
"No, Antie shit-pants." I argued.
"Whatever. How long have you known her?" Cal asked as we continued to wind through hallway after hallway.
"She's been here since the start of school... I think." I furrowed my eyebrows, I don't know when she came but I know she's been here longer than me.
"Wow."
"Yeah." We walked in silence for a while until I remember something and spoke up. "She goes home on the weekends."
"Sweet." I don't think she wanted me to see but I saw the little fist pump that Cal did, she's such a child.
We walked for a while, me in front and California following my lead so I decided to play with her for a little while. I took her to one part of the building that has the same entrance and exit and the hallways go around in a circle so I made us walk around there for a while.
"So, is a tour the entire initiation?" The sound of Cal's voice gave me a fright when she piped up from the darkness behind me.
"Well, I've never done and initiation before so I'm making it up as I go." I answered, trying to make it sound exciting. I don't think worked.
"Right." I heard Cal mutter. I took her for a few more laps before I thought I heard someone coming so I quickly stared as out of there and then, I had a brilliant idea. Truly incredible.
"My darling, my dear," I put my hands on Cal's shoulders and stopped her in her tracks. "I have taken you through every part of this school, yes?"
"Uh, I think?" Cal shook head, clearly confused with where I was going with this.
"Well then, your initiation time as come." I smirked and grabbed her hands and ran, like really ran, though the hallways back to my room. I rummaged through my draws and when I found what I was looking for I held it up in the air like it was an Olympic gold medal.
"A blindfold?" Cal's eyes widened and he mouth fell open. My smile grew at the sight of her face and I had to try my absolute hardest, harder than I do on exams, not to laugh.
"Let's go." I grabbed her hand and twisted her around so that I could tie the black blindfold on top of her eyes. I tugged her hand so she would follow behind me. Cal kept her free hand out in front of her so she could balance and make sure she wouldn't crash into anything. I began to run at one point of our trip but Cal nearly fell over so I stopped.
"Here we are." I smirked to myself and look at the door in front of us.
"Can I take this off now?" Cal reached for the blindfold but I slapped her hand away.
"No!" I said. "You must enter this room and then find you're way back to your room alone." I pushed the door open and pushed Cal in. "Have fun being initiated." I smirk to myself and had a quick look back at the sign on the door. The man standing on the door with the word 'Men' underneath it made me giggle to myself. Before I ran off I heard Cal yelling and whining about the horrid stench, and she wasn't wrong, boys don't even go to this school but the male teachers are dis-gust-ing.
